We just returned from a fantastic 13 night tour of Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore, Jaipur, Pushkar, Jodhpur & Udaipur with Krrish Travel and Tours. The cities, forts, palaces, temples, mosques and other sites that we visited were all spectacular to behold and fascinating to learn about. The guides all were great and gave us a good explanation of the culture, architecture and other historical and modern insights into the people and places that we visited. We had a very nice driver who became a good friend after spending almost 2 weeks together - it was a pleasure to see him at the start of each day's journey. It was a real pleasure getting to know and working with Goldie Dhawan at Krrish Tours. He definitely took a strong personal interest in our well-being and enjoyment of the tour. He called us every day during the tour to check on us and graciously made a few minor adjustments to our itinerary as the tour progressed. The highlight of the trip was 2 nights in a heritage palace suite in Udaipur. We would enthusiastically recommend a tour of Delhi-Agra-Rajasthan with Krrish Travel and Tours to our family and friends.

In June,2014 my husband contacted Krrish Tours of India requesting information on Indian tourism. Goldie Dhawan responded and meticulously planned a tour to accommodate our needs, interest, and safety. We stayed in four and five stars hotels as well as two Heritage hotels. The food and accommodations were superb. The staff in each hotel treated us like royalty. We were provided with a A/C SUV, driver and knowledgeable guide in each city and village we visited. Goldie called us each day to ensure our needs were met and that we were happy. Going to India was a life long dream and this trip is one we will not soon forget. The service received was exemplary. Krrish Tours booked the hotels and made all the necessary travel arrangements which was excellent. Goldie personally followed up with phone calls to ensure that everything is OK and if I was happy with the drivers and the tour guides that he provided (even when he had to arrange a guide at short notice). Mr Goldie Dhawan had supported us through out the travel days. He had booked hotels, trains, arranged the vehicle with driver and guide. Mr Goldie's service was really appreciated. Hotels are very good, food was manageable. We receied a very good driver Mr. Sivraj. He was with us during all 7 days. His driving , knowledge on place, behaviour and help he extended to us was superb. Mr GOLDIE DHAWAN is used to check with us on everyday about our convenience and give further guidance . Average service. There was a lot of talk. I was told that on day one after the hotel checkout I was to be transferred to Alleppy to get on to the Houseboat. I had been charged for the road trip to Alleppy. There was no such trip and the Houseboat picked us from Kumakom and dropped us there next morning. The Houseboat experience was excellent.
Hotel and vehicle arranged for the trip was good . Guides arranged at Agra and Delhi were not up to the mark. Please make sure in future that the guides accompanying travelers is to properly guide them as they are totally new to the place and not for misguide the travelers !
Goldie Dhawan talks and promise too much, he is not transparent with all the arrangements as he is a middleman tour operator. Our tours in Bombay was not realized, no tour guide and I had to pay for certain services that were agreed and paid. Make sure that you have a detailed tour plan that will have all the inclusions and exclusions. He harassed the drivers and overcharge on certain services, promised free tickets for certain tours but then make excuses of not going on the tour. He over promise and under deliver and still owes me R2000 for hotel cancellation whereby the hotel telephonically confirmed that there is no cancellation fee.
