we took trip to tawang,bumala pass(india-china border), madhuri lake, dirang, bomdila, bhalukpong and guwahati.the arrangement of taxi was good, we were provide innova for 4 ppl. driver was experienced and very friendly. he covered all the itenary in time irrespective of tough weather conditions and flight delays. the hotels we got at tawang, dirang were best and bhalukpong and bomdila was good for night stay. the overall price was best among all the packages we were getting across the website.

Five star trip

it was a great experience. the hotel provided in shillong was quite good except that it was a bit far from the market. breakfast served was good. the hotel staff was courteous and helpful. the representative cum driver we were appointed was very punctual and drove safely. overall it was a good trip.

Overall the trip was a wonderful experience for all of us, though it was a bit tedious. The whole family enjoyed the trip. There were some things which could have been organized better. 1. We felt we stayed in Tawang for 1 night more. Instead of staying there we could have covered Kaziranga. 2. Staff in Hotel at Bomdila on day 1 were very cooperative though we reached late at night. Drivers provided on sightseen were very polite and friendly. Enjoyed the trip a lot. However the hotel booked in Gangtok was not like 3* hotel. The hotel has very average facilities and poor infrastructure. Also the driver provided to drop at Bagdogra airport did not had driving licence. He was caught by corps on the way. The driver should be well trained and with all necessary documents. Overall it was a pleasant trip.

Accommodation was changed from the original Ece to wispering phine which was outskirts of the city especially when someone coming from outside would find it difficult to move around in the city otherwise it was fine

the hotel at guwahati the ornate was good, service and breakfast was aslo good. but hotel at kaziranga was worst and complimentey breakfast was loke they were serving to bigger. room was horrible. bed and mattress condition was so horrible that we were forced to sleep on floor. no cooperation from hotel manager. we have paid total amount including hotel, sightseeing, elephant and jeep safari even then they asked for money for disel, elephant safari and jeep safari. overall bad package.

krazytrip, they perfectly know how to cheat their clients. we were mostly provided with low budget hotels. we were many a times forced to check-in to hotels situated 4-5kms away from town or in a place where cars can't go and then we had to quarrel for it and then we got a fair hotel. they were never quite cooperative. we were provided a inexperienced driver and our car had an accident due to fault of driver. still then krazytrip stood beside us. krazytrip did not give justice to money they recd
