Hotel in pondicherry(fabhotel thaneegai residency)gave us only 3 complimentary breakfast instead of 4,after some arguements they provided 4,hotel in chennai(fabhotel priyadarsini) for complimentary breakfast had only aloo roti and pongal only,they charged for egg omlette too,this was the worst complimentary breakfast in my life,overall my experience with you was very bad n hence i wil not recommend you to anyone,for any doubt call me 9483825407,my email id-drpriyesh@rediffmail.com

Over charged and rash driving.
First of all, the representative from kites holiday expert (Mr. Govind) and the cab driver (Mr. Pradeep), both are very good persons. They are available at any time (24*7) and are very polite. But the system is completely worst.
There is no coordianation between the kites, hotel management and cab driver. Each time you need to contact all the persons involved in the package. Then why do you need to book a package. It is better to opt for your tour directly not via any agents. From the first day, we faced a lot of problems, when we reached there in dehradun, I called cab driver.
He does not know where to pick up us, he was saying he supposed to pick up from haridwar. we waited there in the chill (2 degree C) for more than 2.30 hrs. Finally the driver reached. What ever the problems, the driver was a good person and finally reached hotel. The hotel is far away from mall road. it does not worth the money which we paid. one can not go by walk to mall road as it is 3-4 kms away from mall road. the driver is reluctant to drop as its a one way route, he has to take us from a different long route.
In the hotel, he is not aware of early check in, he was asking for extra money. Again I has to call kites, to confirm it. The whole movie takes another 45 minutes to complete. Anyhow, the place is so nice, one can enjoy a lot if they go directly, take a rrom in mall road, book cab there in hotel and always try to stay one night in Dhanualti because that is main spot to visit.
Other spots given in the package are not not likely to visit. I request kites holiday, not to book hotel ashirwad for any further tours and finalize everything before tour so that the customers are free. you are making the customers journey hectic, each time they have to involve in finalizing each matter. Why do one need you.
Very bad experience n worst trip booked by kites holiday expert. We did not even think that we will have a poor trip. Never again think to book by any travel agents. Accommodation was bad . They told us 3n 4star hotels. But it was all 1star hotel kind . Jaiselmar hotel was ok . Driver was very rude. Delay in driver arrival every time we want. Very big issue to recieve the key from the hotel management even we had booked 2months before. We had called the police to solve our problem at sarang palace Jaipur it was a very poor hotel I will give 0 star for that.
