I opted for a 5D/4N Kerala tour package from Kaiden tours. Mr Ramachandran helped me in planning the trip . It was an awesome trip with excellent accomodation and a very nice driver Bipin provided to me. I was accompanied with a small kid and the trip was planned by Mr Ramachandran keeping that in mind. I would like to thank Mr Ramachandran and Kaiden tours for this wonderful trip and would recommend Kaiden tours to everyone.

It was our first trip with kaiden and first trip to kerala and the entire journey of 4N/5D was like a cake walk. Agent's representative Ms.Seema had provided really a friend likd of support for planning and execution of the trip. Even Mr.Roy was also a crucial support. They provided us with sedan car driven by highly patient and skilled driver. Hotels provided were upto 100% satisifying mark. We almost covered all the places listed in the itenery provided by the team. And finally the honeymoon trip was awesome and we returned with all sweet memories. Thank you, team Kaiden Tours.

Kaiden tours managed the tour programme very efficiently & professionally.

Taxi & Taxi driver were good. Hotel Leaf Munnar was excellent House boat and its crew were very good. Hotels at Thekerdy, Kovalum and Cochin were not very professional,average type and also located in city only.

Exelent tour bt Allepy experience was poor. And pravinbhai very good supportive man and car Driver has good person and helpfull such a good experience

They have provided excellent service for our 7 days, Kerala sightseeing program, fabulous hotels, car service was also excellent, they covered the complete s/s program as promised in the beginning. I once again thanks the management of Kaidan Tours & Travels, for their best service.

Kaiden tours reps were very warm, friendly and kept in touch with us every single day of our tour day asking us if we were happy with all the arrangements, they even changed our room when we asked them to. The driver too was very good, warm and friendly. Although the stay was good, the food was too spicy for us.

During the house boat stay, the A/C didn't work too well and we didn't like the fact that they were using the salty back waters for washing and bathing.
A note to future travellers: most places have a long commute by road and the driver may occasionally take you to places not on your itinerary.

This then eliminates part of the original list due to lack of time. Although we still enjoyed the detours, it may be worth insisting on following the itinerary and/or carrying a book/music along the way. Unless you already eat super spicy food, it is also easier for digestion to insist on less spicy food.

Kerala was awesome & Superb and also fabulous place but we r getting problem in Tamilnadu and also Tamil Nadu s hotel service is bad. So As par specialist hotel like United 1 have no good staff & no provide good service, and also Kerala s hospitality is Superb & Special we have problems in Ooty & Kodaikanal. So many people shouting regarding United 1 Paradice hotel in Kodaikanal & Ooty plz don't suggest this hotels for any family s in vacation to stay there. When we spend money then getting good service but that place have no getting good service. And at last Kerala has no words to describe it. Kaiden tours Pvt Ltd & service is good for Kerala only.

Kaiden Travels were arranged for a great honeymoon travel experience for me and my wife. The hotel and stay experience at Munnar and Cherai was excellent. Their support staff behaviour was truely supportive and professional throughout the tour- especially Biji from Kaiden Travels as well cab driver bhaiya Asanth was highly supportive and helpful. What is shown in the mail/brochure is lot difference from actual site/reality. It was revealed only when I made a quick pre-visit before actual travel. Otherwise I had to cut a sorry figure in front of our Brazilian Guests. Food (Dinner & Breakfast ) on the Boat was not good. Lunch was OK. For Break fast he declared only Idallies or Bread Butter & Tea or Coffee. This is very much inadequate menu for the Breakfast.
The Boat man cut our 45 minutes of roaming which on making a strong arguments with the local operator, compensated on the next day morning. The Tempo driver was co-operative. The place of Boat Parking for night halt was very bad. Overall experience was so-so.
