It was a good experience t visit Andaman. It was good management from Tripduniya. However, the people allotted for the travel in Andaman were not synchronized enough and created problems. I would recommend to have single authority in andaman from your side so that communication goes on well. Few hicupps were there as off late delivery in confirmation and tickets. But overall it was a enjoyable experience. Will look forward opt Tripduniya with quick responses.

This is one of the worst agent who took Rs. 6000 in advance for approx Rs. 26k trip and on the day of trip he asked for Rs. 10000 more. They just know how to take money from any customer and create problems for any customer by asking more and more money and imposing a person to go under stress and cancel the trip with such agent and then they have not even returned back the paid amount. I want my money back. This was my first-time mistake to trust hello travel with such bad agent. Even the hello travel relationship manager didn't bothered to look into this issue on my repeated emails.
I had done booking with Journey trip for my summer trip from 23rd May to 31st May 15 at Himachal Pradesh. On 9th April after we had finalised the tour and agreed on the cost aspect, Journey trip had mailed me the confirmation. After i paid advance of 37,000/- INR they had sent me vouchers for hotel booking on 9th April 15. Later on 19th of May 15, when i tried calling them came the real shocks from there side. Below are my grievances against Journey Trip 1. On 19th May 15 i had called them to check whether everything is in order. They picked the phone and told me that they shall get back to me. That never happened. Again i called on 20th May 15 and again this guys picked up the call but did not respond 2. Again on 21st May I had called in morning, this time again they said they shall check and call back within one hour. They never called. In the meantime after every hour i started calling them and ultimately at 4 pm they called me for the first time. To my shock, they said the earlier person Vineet had left the job, he has taken away from records and my booking is not done. Such a unprofessional organisation i haven't seen in my lifetime. i have made the payment, you people have sent me hotel vouchers and now you are saying these things. 3. My original Itinerary was from Delhi - Shimla - Manali - Dharamshala - Dalhousie - Delhi. They changed this to Delhi - Manali - Shimla - Dharamshala - Dalhousie - Delhi. Going first to Manali and then coming back to Smila is waste of 16 hours. This revised itinerary was a result of mistake from their side and they forced me to accept this itinerary. Since i had already paid the amount, i had no option but to dance as per their tunes. 4. Journey trip had promised Innova car but the actual travel happened through Xylo Car. Our comfort in travelling was compromised. This people were not at all worried. 5. As a result of heavy travel, courtesy the change in itinerary we decided to drop Shimla as we could not afford to waster 16 hours in travelling. we requested for more stay at Manali. Taking advantage of the situation they charged us 4,400/- INR for this change 6. It was written in the itinerary that Rohtang Pass would be covered but the driver simply refused to take us there and as a result we had to cover the same at our cost. Above are only some of the pains that were caused by Journey trip. They are such a unprofessional outfit that they don't even bother to pick the phone. This is worst travel company that i have interacted.
