My experience with journey cook was not so good bcz they have some local connection with the travel in Singapore .the timing of tour plan they provide me is different from the itenaries provided by thier local agent due to ds we have facing a problem and so on we also miss some place to visit

Hi, The overall trip was awesome. About Journeycook.com, they have to improve themself a lot. It is their duty to provide the inputs clearly and up to the point. They provide the information in bits and peaces. It is not the duty of the customer to follow up. I was at one point in time felt I was cheated, but thank god it was not. worst experience of my life they are not true to there commitments n they don't deliver what they quote. awful experience took money as per family room n then gave me lower version.waited on airport for pick up for about 1n half hour

poor is little work to describe these people. pathetic services and there attitude toward customer is like " cust se mar ". Mr Sanchit is a idol of unprofessionalism, rudeness etc etc. they spoiled our Singapore trip from India. There DMC in singapore is a bunch of rude jokers who didnt coordinate there counterpart in india and didnt listen to customer. they and there associate Singapore DMC, Visawale delhi have done damages to us at every stage of our trip. if there owner have a little shame , do dig the matter
