Good and honest...provided nice accommodation and all required support. But not fulfilled all the things they mentioned...overall it's good

?We had booked a GOA trip from 8th November to 12th November 2013 through Jollyday Holidays as referred by hello travel. The hospitality shown by the trip maker(Jollyday Holidays & it?s proprietor /MD Mr.Krishna)was at its best, the hotel ?Silver Sands Hideaway ? was amazing to stay , he arranged us the bike we required , guided us for the restaurants and happening places in north goa. A day of site seeing (south Goa) was also arranged from his side. As per his instance we visited Doodh Sagar Falls (it was a paid trip not included in our iternery) it was an adventurous experience. Special to mention the Cab driver/Guide Mr.Nilesh he was available before time for pick up from railway station from hotel and was very good. In all in all it was need break away from work for us and Jollyday Holidays (Mr.Krishna) as the name goes made it Jollyday Holiday and most memorable trip of Goa for us. In few words Jollyday Holidays rocks. ? Rating 4.2 out of 5.

The cooperation and information provided by Jolly Day Holiday during our Goa visit is very good .He provided genuine information about entertainment and transportation charges in Goa. White square Nirvana Holiday Villa is very good for accommodation and their staff provided good service and food also very good in Villa. Why I don?t know Jolly Day Holiday staff not shown much interest in providing arrangements for water sports even though we have visited their office and contacted over phone also. Mums restaurant which suggested by Jolly Day Holiday staff for lunch on 4th Feb at Calangute is very poor. Any way we have enjoyed the trip and thanks for Hello Travel also. We are expecting more cooperation and service from you.

The accommodation was not good(room was not cleaned properly & also some bad smell was coming in the lift as well as in the room) & also the food was worst in the island trip.
