package cost 24000 but was not inform about local taxi and other expenses which i paid 14,000 should have been inform other expenses before hand.

it was not a happy experience with J&K tour plaza, there was a lack of communication in between Jammu & Srinagar branches of J&K tour plaza.we faced great difficulty while check in the hotels at srinagar and pahalagam. The local driver which he was picked up from srinagar airport, He did't now exact location which hotel has to stay. First he dropped at local hotel, we cross checked with Jammu/srinagars operator of J&K Tour plaza they are saying to another hotel which was far away from this hotel
