Price level was ok but hotel selection was poor. Almost every hotel had one or other problem. 4 hotels booked during the package. 1st hotel room - hotel sealord, cochin - was in bad shape - room was in worse condition - broken wall n AC not working. Manager informed its the only room n they can't do anything. Pathetic response. Needed to escalate to get the room changed. 2nd hotel - hotel igloo, Munnar- it was far away from city - doesn't makes sense- more than 40 min - room was good bt service was very very poor- bare minimum staff - staff themselves frustrated from Hotel Management. 3rd hotel - hotel blooming paradise, Thekkady, - we felt cheated here - it was like Dharamshala rooms but we were informed we will be provided 3* - no match at all. - though food service was good. 4th hotel - hotel pearl palace, cochin - all things were good here. Driver n car provide was good and he had good knowledge about whole area. do we were Able to see good places as per our time availability.
