Indian Panorama were great in assisting us to organise a suitable itinerary for our time frame and recommending appropriate hotels destinations & activities. Indian Panorama looked after us from the moment they met us on arrival at the airport until the time came to return us to the airport. We had a good well informed driver with a clean modern vehicle, we were greeted by a company representative at each overnight hotel and were assured to know that they were there to ensure our stay in Indian would be the best experience possible. Cholan Tours(Unit of Indian Panorama) was simply excellent! They have exceeded my expectation in all ways. I was there with my wife and daughter who is just 5 years for 9 days visiting about 5 locations. Throughout the journey the tour managers were in touch and visited us in all the hotels to ensure we are doing good. The driver was great - he was able to make us feel home and treated us like his family member. Can't recall anything that have gone wrong...they made every single moment of my travel in India a memorable one and looking forward for more holidays with Cholan.

We opted for Indian Panorama, a branch of Cholan Tours, because they seemed to offer better accommodation than the others at a similar price. We had asked for homestay accommodation but were told it was generally not of a good standard. The only one we visited, the Maria Heritage Homestay, was surprisingly up-market, filled with beautiful antique furniture and offering superb food for lunch and dinner. We were delighted with all the accommodation as well as the transport provided by Indian Panorama. From our 5am arrival at the airport to the thorough way they oversaw our departure, also in the early hours, we could not fault them.

We have had package from Indian Panorama which includes a 33 seater coach, a driver driving us to tourist attractions as per itinerary and an attendant, Hotel Accommodation. From 27/7/2015 we will being picked up at Bangalore Airport and sent to Puttapharti - Sai Baba's Ashram. There after the driver picked us up again from Prashanti Nilayam on 31 July 2015 and we travelled to Tirupati; visited the famous Balaji Temple (overnight at Tirupati), Kanchipuram, overnight at Mahabalipuram, and proceed to Chennai. Everything was well arranged as agreed. The only set back is we were not aware that the Balaji Temple starts their Darshan line at 12.00noon. We arrived at 10 am and have to wait two hours for Darshan line to open, thereupon we missed some temple visits in Kanchipuram and arrived Mahabalipuram late at night. The Sea Breeze Hotel in Mahabalipuram was old and power supply were interrupted. The hotel in Tirupati was good and the Quality Inn Sabari in Chennai was good too. It allows 24 hours check out. we were able to rest fully before departing Chennai at 8pm. We find the package and arrangement very good and as agreed. The attendant was especially trustworthy, responsible and caring. Prior to travel, the staffs of Indian Panorama were responsive and we would definitely go for this agent again for future travels in India.

It was good. The team was very responsive to my initial enquiries & followed up regularly. The trip itself was well organized. We had a good driver in a fairly comfortable vehicle. I had requested an English speaking driver & he was very helpful & took good care of us. Representatives of the company met up with us at various locations to ensure that everything was okay.

Frankly this was the first time i had booked a trip like this with an unknown agent who was not in my city or close to us. But i was really impressed by the service, the details they gave about everything was so perfect that you don't have much to ask them for. Even the trip planned as how we wanted was pretty good, so overall a good experience and we did do more bookings with them after that and in future also will surely contact them.

Our trip was fantastic. Being very specific: 1) Booking process from Cholan Tours via Mathan was very professional and comforting. 2) We had Cholan Tour agents who paid visit to us in Banglore, Mysore and Cochin to ensure everything was ok. This was very professional of them. 3) Our vehicle, Tempo Traveller was in good condition and very comforting as we did spent quite a time at road. 4) Our driver by the name of Shankar had excellent driving skills and great attitude. 5) Our hotels in Banglore, Mysore and Ooty were really great. I would have clicked 5 stars above but only one reason I have clicked on 4 stars is because of our experience in Presidency Hotel in Cochin. We had to deal with moody front desk, shabby room with stains in bathtubs, lights not working, thin beds and pillows, foul smell in the room. Wasn't for one of the bell boys who dealt with our complaints with good attitude, this would have been a disaster. Despite we had to change our rooms 3 times. I urge not to use this hotel.

Overall we are satisfied with their services and the person in charge was friendly. We would like the agency to take note of the drivers assigned because they were not so keen of taking us around after 6 pm.
I did enjoy my trip to South India. I would say Cholan Tours or Indian Panaroma had very good and professional tour consultants who had designed my tour well as I had requested. My tour was custom designed. The best part of my tour was whenever I had any problem throughout my tour I could call my tour consultant who would immediately attend and settle my problem.
As we booked flight n hotel on our own through AIRASIA, it is fair for me to comment on internal transport n vehicle n driver n ground arrangements. Vehicle - Innova was clean n in good condition. Driver - was helpful and accomadating but i think he should pay more attention to what we like to do rather that what he wants us to do. Ground arrangements - i made mine and it was followed to my needs and time. Hotel - Grand Gardenia in Trichy was very good n food - excellent n clean I must recommend to all to stay there. Overall I, my wife n two children enjoyed the trip to India

Well organized and friendly staff at Cochin dream destination. Their travel consultant Ms.Neenu was extremely cooperative and helped us through the 10 days of stay in Alleppey Resorts and Thekkady. Stay at Lakesong Resorts, Kumarakom and Cardamom county Cottage was very encouraging and comfortable. The kerala cultural shows organized and elephant rides were enchanting...best wishes to the guys at Cochin Indian panorama...
