Preparation of travels was as per expectation. Arrangements of hotels were very good & convenient. Food was outstanding in the Manali Residency hotel. Provided car was in very good condition & driver was also polite. His drives very carefully specially on mountain areas, he always avoid to rough driving. The driving was as per the exception. it's a really fantastic tour and cool arrangements with lots of supporting peoples so much safe. Our tour was well coordinated by India Travels online. We enjoyed our full tour at Shimla manali. Hotel chosen for Shimla is not up to the mark, but Manali hotel "Manali Residency" is very nice. I used India Travels Online to book my trip. The service offered was simply great. The agent anuradha assisted us on each and every moment of the trip. The package was specially tailored as per my requirements... Was offered the best in class service. All of my necessities were booked prior for me. Bus, Cab, Hotel, Food & Adventure activities. The bus was great & Cab was always at the doorstep to use. The hotel paradise was very nice. The terrace area in front of the room had the best view possible. The staff of the hotel is very helpful. There were few issues but then we still live in human world. 1% of error is acceptable. Overall experience was just awesome. Once again a special thanks to Anuradha, who helped me to make this trip memorable. She is the one who made me go on this trip. 5 stars for her too. The offer of the agency, India Travels on line, was very reasonable. cooperation of the staff (Madam Anuradha and Madam Shrinkhala) was appreciable. Arrangements made were satisfactory. Overall we are happy and have a awesome experience.

Overall it was a great experience however some issues were there with the hotels.

I am Dharmaiah 75 years old and my wife Mary Gnana Bai 73 years old toured from 15-05-2015 to 23-05-2015 as per the package given by India Travels on line. The lodges provided at Shimla and Manali are good but the lodges arranged at Chandigarh and Amritsar are not good. There were rats and mosquitoes at Chandigarh and cockroaches at Amrisar. 15 May, 2015 The driver resides in Panipat. He deputed some other fellow to pick up us from Delhi railway station. We waited for the vehicle for more than an hour. The original driver Mr. Naresh Sharma took over the steering at Panipat . In Chandigarh accommodation was provided in DIMOND IN. Surroundings were dirty, there were rats and mosquitoes in the room. As we reached Chandigarh late and due to the negligence of the driver we could not see the places provided in the package. 16 May, 2015 According to the package we were supposed to travel by toy train from Kalka to Shimla, but the organisers have not reserved seats and they asked us to travel by road . Our last minute enquiry revealed that there were two seats, each one in different coach. Thus we travelled in different coaches though we remitted the money well in advance as suggested by the tour organiser Reetu Lalta. As mentioned in the package no representative met us. We waited in Shimla railway station for more than 40 minutes for the vehicle to take us to the hotel. 17 May, 2015 Visited Kufri, enjoyed horse riding. Here the driver took us unnecessarily to Adventure Resorts which was not part of the package only to meet his friend. There I paid parking and entrance fee. 18 May, 2015 Proceeded to Manali via Kullu along Beas river. The journey was pleasant. 19 May, 2015 The local taxi drivers were on strike and it is not likely to be called off. In the evening I suggested to the driver that instead of waiting and wasting our time in Manali let us proceed to Dharmashala and from there to Amritsar. The driver told me that if the accommodation and food cost is met he has no objection. I promised to meet this extra expenditure. 20 May, 2015 In the early hours we started from Manali and reached Kullu. To my surprise I found another vehicle following us. That car driver happened to be a friend of our driver and it was proceeding to Dalhousie. At this point of time our driver insisted that we too go to Dalhousie. If we have to visit Dharmashala as decided yester day an amount of Rs.1200-00 plus parking charges to be paid to him in addition to the cost of accommodation and food cost at Dharmashala. I oblized and paid him Rs. 1700-00 extra for the visit of Dharmashala. 21 May,2015 After visiting Dharmashala proceded to Amritsar. Stayed in MA INTRNATINAL. 22 May, 2015 Visited Golden temple, Jallian wala Bagh and Bhaga boarder. 23 May, 2015 In the early hours we started for Delhi . I consulted the organiser and hinted at about the payment of balance by online to the account of the organisation, but she advised me to pay it to the driver . Accordingly the balance amount Rs.26,000-00 (Twenty six thousand) was paid to the driver. Again at Panipat the driver forcibly shifted us to another vehicle and entrusted to an other driver to drop us at Delhi. The tour ended not with sweet memories but very bad memories . I deeply felt that it is incorrect under taking tours by accepting packages.

My experience with India Travels Online was between good & excellent. Their entire staff is very helpful & put in their best in order ensure that customers enjoy their vacations. They are polite & listen to your problems with the intent of solving them. The only bad part because of which I cannot rate them excellent is the hotel booking. Hotel Arman has a 4-star rating but it's no where close to even 3 star. No doubts rooms are spacious but lacks all the basic amenities for instance the bathroom doesn't even have a bath towel racks. Location wise it's very far from the main place & you have no choice but to dine there itself. Buffet is terrible & worst ever that you'll experience.

It was 50-50, I had some bad Experiences with online India regarding there co-ordination, apart from this my trip was for 6 Days and 5 nights, but our 3rd and 6th day was totally wasted, we wasted our full 3rd Day in travelling from Shimla to Manali, and there was nothing on 6th day, on 6th day after checking out from Hotel @11am we waited for our bus on street till 4:30 because our bus timing was 5pm for Delhi these are some worst experience. Still we enjoyed a lot because it was our first trip to Himachal which is memorable , Hotel, Hotel Staff and food was good in Manali which we didn't got in Shimla.

I am forced to write negative review as I am not satisfied with the planning and coordination. Team never inform anything regarding plan and bad coordination with driver and main office.
Travel agent never informed how to make payment. Payment is not via online or card. Always in cash.who bloody keep so much cash while travelling. Also there is no coordination of daily plan and activities. I already informed beforehand that I need customized plan However they stick to their plan only. If it is personal car then why can we make our own itinerary which suits everyone.
Overall not satisfied with customized plans and coordination as well as payment modes. Will think over if next time should we book from your site or think before recommending to anyone else. Plz improve on service part.

All over experienced was tomparary..hotel location was worst and sightseeing was not good..

My travel experience with this travel agency was pathetic. They were rude,uncooperative, uncoordinated and messy. They even don't know how to coordinate the tour of a family of four with small kids and they were too messy that your mind would get burst. They torchered me and felt me sick to the extent.

The hotels committed was 3 star but actually it was very poor quality I didn't even bargain while booking and requested for best hotels I was cheated.

Dear Hello Travel, Please do not recommend this India travel to others because we will be visiting those places for having fun and pleasant time. India travel people has not fulfilled any of the promises they mentioned in mail for eg. 3-star hotel they mentioned and the hotel we got in Manali can not even considered as a hotel. At the end of the day they are threatening us to pay total amount, when we asked to reduce money to what they have not fulfilled. Really hopeless people and they literally spoiled out mood of honeymoon. NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

Our experience through India travel online was very bad. It was almost like on our self arrangement. Regular chaseup, poor coordination within tempo traveller and the agency. Every step is like they were trying to gain extra money out of the concluded package cost. Worst experience especially at the time of hotel check out when the agent was not paying money to hotel. Since we were 4 families travelling together we enjoyed a bit but overall experience was poor. I strongly reccomend not to go in a package especially through ITO.

we arrived at Delhi air port sharp at 8.30. But my travel agent did not send the cab, we wait there more then 2hours after many call they send cab. we reach Shimla at 8.30 pm at night we stay very bad hotel (snow flak cottage). We asked travel agent they asked extra money. we paid because otherwise they are not ready for check out. total we upset. We don't use HELLOTRAVEL again.

It was a bad experience travelling with India Travel Online. We visited Manali and Shimla. The Hotel given in manali was good but the service of hotel staff was not upto the mark. Also as per itenary we were to visit Rohtang Pass but couldn't due to the recent changes in rules where only 250 outside vehicles are allowed. Local vehicle upto 750 can go, but this was not properly informed to us. Also the hotel given in Shimla was far away from the Mall. The room initially given was too small to even keep foot space, 2nd day the room was changed. Not even a single bottle of water was complimentary in the room. The food was just ordinary and no changes in menu and exorbitantly priced. Over all the travel agency was a bad choice made by us and we would not recommend anyone to these people, they are bunch of liars and thieves.

Pathetic coordination. Change the prices (although the difference was only 500...still). Horrible hotel option. Package promises a Swift Desire or equivalent whereas an Alto was sent throughout. No preparatory suggestions given by the tour guide/driver like carrying change when we went to places where rafting could be done. Driver took to shops which were obnoxiously expensive compared to standard...definitely there was a cut he had. Hotel restaurant never served non veg even on request whereas the description says other wisw
