The trip was arranged in an excellent manner by Karishma Agarwal of Holidayz Mart Pvt Ltd. From the beginning Ms Karishma was very helpful and provided us alternatives which in turn made our honey moon very memorable. The Driver Satheesh was extremely nice and helpful. The hotels which were selected by Karishma were very very good. Specially the Park Plaza (Bengaluru) and Dreams (Cochin) service standards were beyond expectations. Since Lalitha Mahal was a palace we too chose that hotel to stay in Mysore but that was the only disappointment of the trip. The service stadards of this hotel was below par. Apart from that the entire trip was wonderful. Had a lovely time in the houseboat Allepey and would definitely seek Holdays Mart for future trips to India A big Thank you and well done Karishma!

The overall tour was good. We had a good driver who is willing to assist us through out the days we spend in Kerala. We also enjoyed the food especially in Boathouse. The only setback was we requested for a 4 rooms houseboat but was given with 3 rooms. But this was not an issue at all after we had a good service and delicious Kerala food cooked by the chef. I would like to thank Ms. Ranjana as she was also keeping in touch till we flew back to our homeland.

We have been travelling in South India, the hotels selection was quite well balanced between price and quality with some exceptions, House Boat in Alleppey, Sunshine in Ooty and the room on Residency Hotel in Maduray was poor with dirty, towers, small and window was looking to a wall. Apart from that, everything was very goor organized by the trevel Agent, Ms. Jisha, almost always available at the phone, and keeping under control the unexpected situations looking for quick solutions, and finally I would also like to highlight the car driver, Mr. Lokesh as very good Job, he always drive safe and with cauci?n by all those challenging roads in South India. We, me and my wife want to recognise the company and Amit has made a very good plan and management. We will contact you in the futuro in case we decide to go black to India.

All the hotels we stayed were good. Hotel Grand Palace in Chitambaram was the only one that was not so comfortable. We didn't like the hotel really. Pls recommend a better hotel in the future.

It was good...

There were a few hitches in the trip: 1. The trip was delayed by 2 days right from beginning due to negligence of the tour organizer. 2. There was wrong hotel voucher given to us due to which we spent 5 hours longer on the roads. 3. At Bhojwasa, our hotel booking was not there. Had to pay in cash. But the vehicle and the driver were very good, specially the driver. And the tour organizer was very polite and cordial. He readily accepted his mistakes and was apologetic about them. He was available almost always on the mobile. Now the travel agent is ready to reimburse some amount. Let us see how much he does. TD

Good trip

Well the trip is good, minus the price it is very expensive. All place I went I have to hire a new car, like the Gulmarg trip, the driver says I have hire another vehicle and have to pay extra.there are lot of cheaters, have to be extra careful.

They were helpful till we decided that it was too costly as per itinerary, and decided that we will do provisional bookings by ourselfs. They assisted with 2 flight bookings and the one hotel booking in Mumbai.The rest of the tour was done by ourselves which was great! We were over quoted by the balance of money that was paid up front. We were 5 in the group and only one room was booked for the balance of the money for two persons. Had the money been credited the booking would have covered the booking done by ourselves for 5 person. Disappointed!

Very Good service and satisfactory

Trip was very nice as india very great place.but really upset with holidayz mart travel agent, ms nity, who did not guide us well.she take full payment on first day our arrival then gave us the full day itenary but then nothing she follow up on our tour days.we requested a simcard to be in c0ntact with her but she didnt provide and bothered at all. She dont really provide the full info abt the tour.and more we contacting her from hotel reception to ask more info. I will never forget her.she cheats and blame us as customer. She should organize us not blame us without organize us.please dont take travel under ms nity from holidayz mart,east of kailash,delhi.

The hotels recommended by Holidayz Mart were so called 4 start hotels , but once we reached the hotels we were shocked to see the quality was actualy 3 star. Coming from Singapore, we had no way we could research the hotels. Hence it was a terrible experience and we will never use this agent or recommend it to any one again. The house boats were old, with stingy toilets. Too dirty to sleep overnight so on the alst day, we did not stay in the house boat as per planned by the agent and had to spend extra money to cover the costs of the changed hotel. Not a good experience at all.

Nobody has commitment in the planning, no follow up on the discussion. Person who are in touch with us initially has disappeared and new person entered with different version. I am very unhappy with your services.
