1. Travel arrangements - Air and ground - were very good. 2. Arrangement for food was good. 3. Required guidance was available and the selection of sight-seeing was also good. 4. I was not satisfied with the hotel accommodation and found the hotel not very customer friendly. e.g. A deposit of Singapore Dollar 50 was taken with the assurance that it will be refunded back to my CC account. I am yet to receive the same from the Hotel in my CC account.

We enjoyed the tour in Krabi & Phyket. These are 'the must see' places. The transport in Krabi was in 'tuk tuk' which could not be tolerated. They should have given better hotels in Phuket & BKK. The service and arrangements made by Holidays4u is a good. If better hotels and transport arrangements made we will travel again and again.
