it has been great we enjoyed a lot,driver suraj was absolutely very friendly with us and nimisha madam also has interacted and explained very well about the entire trip and she has explained everything which i has acquired with her.the hotels were respectable and overall journey was excellent.

it was the worst experience ever.i had taken dalhousie trip family package.on reaching dalhousie, first hotel was changed and second taxi driver was not ready to visit all sights as per tour plans and also holiday yarri didn't make payment to taxi so taxi driver always stopped taxi anywhere and asked me to make payment then taxi will move further. holiday yarri is cheater travel agent. never book any tour package. i had made many calls to holiday yarri agents (divya, arun, partibha)

had a very good experince with my friends. the hotel stays in shimla,manali and bir night camps were amazing and all arrangements were fine. the hotels had an amazing view. couldnt ask for more. versha kashyap was co-operative and helped us make this plan a succesful one. the 12 seater tempo travellor was comfortable and we were lucky to get a professional driver rampal ji. thank you holiday yaari.

i am disappointed with the planning..i planned for the places shimla, manali, dharamshala, dalhousie as i am visiting for the first time..holiday yaari agreed for 6days of the plan.they assured that all places can be covered easily within 6 days..when we went there we saw that all the hotels given are too far from the destinations that we took minimum 1 hour to reach near by places..took 1 hour to reach mall road from hotel in shimla and manali etc could not cover places comfortably.

The overall experience was convenient... the driver Suraj was super helpful and efficient . The agent shefali and Prashant were also available for whenever there was a hiccup during the trip ... however due to a bad experience with Jagriti I will give this three out of four stars

Hotels wer not dat good as we expected redwood has a very small rooms in which not even 3membrs can adjust if they have luggage with them......no ventilation for those who smoke....taxi service is not proper while we wer on the way from shimla to delhi they made us stand on road at ambala for 3-4hrs it was d damn fucking experience i had with holiday yaari they wer not upto the mark.....

The stay and travel was good but any change in hotel is not informed earlier. On 2 occasions our hotels were changed and we were not informed about it.

it was a pathetic experience with this agent. the hotels initially agreed were changed after 1 month, by that time i could not do the booking on my own as all the hotels we're more expensive. the hotels provided by them were horrible. would never recommend this agent to anyone.

i have traveled on 26th may 2018 we have taken 12 nights 13days package himachal + amritsar and delhi agra,and my experience was very very worst specailly their staff divya and shefali too irresponsible no proper respond after getting the full payment pathetic car service , whatever described in the itinerary was so not taken to that place and we missed some seight seeing places and half the way we had to hire in auto rickshaw very bad experince invoice was not given to us .

It was a worst nightmare of booking through Holiday Yaari. A/c of Car not working, The driver followed everywhere, reluctant to take to sightseeing places, used to take out uniform shirt, change in front of family and take his selfies at every location, Driver refused to take through Chandigarh while coming back, Very rough & rash driving, penalized by RTO Mandi for over speeding. Hotel - No food variety, No service, No essentials provided. Towels not changed for 3 days. Pathetic.

I am not sure how could I rate them as they promised me different things but I got different things physically. First of all Hotel offered in manali was too far from main city. Location is pretty buy in remote. Hotel staff was good. But cab driver came on time only on first day. After that he keep on excusing that he struck in traffic and came late. The worst part of trip was hotel in Shimla, Hotel Seeta Palace was the worst Hotel I have ever seen in my life and Manager is so rude, that he didnt

i feel extremely bad experience of hotel provided by holiday yaari..they told us that hotels will be delux and good but we feel very unhappy with uglyness of hotel and also they did not support during tour to arrange another place.during my booking i told to improve my tour according to my need but i trustedd them and they cheated finally.....never ever select holiday yaari for traveling...please specially gujarati family beware of such cheaters...............

Please do not assist any to book your through Holiday Yarri. Because it was worst service from them from day 1 to last day. 1. cab not provided as per discussion. Provided ZEST instead of Swift DZire. 2. cab driver was aware about hotels and places and Hotels provided are not as per discussion and photo. 3. Driver was not pick up the phone and drive the cab on high speed with unusual manners. 4. All sightseeing are not done as per literature of package as driver not aware about place and tour.

Never ever book with Holiday Yaari, they are cheating. They will give you Hotels outside the city. Hotel for each of the hill station will be given below the hill one village before your actual destination and that to in a very remote area where you cannot see any shops, atms or medical store. There sightseeing by their driver is not matching with the plan they had given you. Never ever go with Holiday Yaari. Worst Customer Service.Waiver given before booking will be taken when you will travel.

Worst service. They cancelled my trip on the day I was about to leave due to unavailability of cab. They even delayed my refund. They were rude. They deducted 750? against tax for the trip we did not go. Woooorrsssttt experience ever..

Holiday Yari is the worst travel agent you can ever travel with. Their services were very disappointing and pathetic. We had asked the agent to book two rooms in manali but on the last day they made us adjust in one room only for all 4 people.The hotel in manali aldo didn't help us in providing a room which we paid for. The agent was very rude and illmanared while talking to a female tourist. He was not even ready to reduce the amount for not providing us two rooms. Remove Holiday yari.

Very Bad experience with Holiday yaari team. Once we will take package from them. They will not take care of Guest after received money from customer even they are facing issue with provided amenities like hotel services and all.

They have commetmented us that they will give us Tempo Traveller for our journey of which we had payed but they gave us winger in which our journey became conjusted.and we had also complained to them that we had payed for winger but they nor given our extra money back neither any answer,and they had also said us that theyll drop us at pathankot but we had to take our own vehicle from beside on our own cost
