I just got back from the trip organised by you. As I am clearing all the unattended mails, am not mailing a detailed one. I am travelling from tomorrow till this week end. We had a great stay in all the places, and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. My thanks to all particularly Mr. Sarasmohan who looked after us as his own family member. We have been fortunate enough to travel with your company?s well organised tour. It was an excellent planned itinerary and left all of us with memorable memories. The agents are very active in following up feedback. Response is efficient and quick. Good service attitude. Improvement is needed for better communication between office agent and local agent.
The Guide of Holidays Park Pvt Ltd, gave a warm welcome at Colombo Airport. We were taken to our designated Hotel at Colombo. Then in the evening, we went to Panchamukha Anjaneya Temple as per the itinerary. After a night halt at Concord Grand, we left to Trincomalee the next morning, after breakfast. The accommodation provided at Pigeon Island Hotel was excellent and we enjoyed our stay for two nights. The next day we were at Dambulla, followed by Nuwar Liya and then at Bandarawela. The last lap was at Colombo. The entire tour was pleasant. The driver was excellent and so was the Gudie Mr. Sunil Caldera. The complimentary dinner provide was good and in particular to Colombo on 23rd Jan'2015 at Navyuga Restaurant. Overall our trip was excellent and the Holiday Park Pvt Ltd made their best to make us comfertable at all the places. We are very much satisfied with the services provided by them during our trip to Sri Lanka. We, would surely go with them when we go again with aother batch. Thank you very much for suggesting four travel agents for our Sri Lanka trip. Out of the four agents we found, Holiday Park Pvt.Ltd is found to be good and reasonable. They arranged our total tour itinerary with a very nice transport, nice accommodation with good breakfast at all the places, and including air fare from Chennai - Colombo - Chennai.
