We 27 members traveled from Bangalore to see Jaipur Agra Delhi Amritsar and other places and we have booked Holiday Experts Jaipur as our travel agent and Mr.Vinay who arranged tour in a nice way. The hotles are very good and bus provided is nice one. We enjoyed tour very much which is 8 days long. The most important thing is Mr.Vinay is very co-operative and his response to our calls is very positive and for any problems his initiation to solve the problems immediately is good attitude. Inspite of above we faced small problems and we explai ed to Mr.Vinay and he promised that he will rectify in 2nd batch of my colleagues who are travelling from 20th to 26th October.30 members I will recommend my friends and relatives to use services of Holiday experts Jaipur when they travel to North India and I too utilise thier service. i booked a travel package for rajasthan from holiday expert to jaipur, pushkar and udaipur for 5d/4n. mr vinay upadhyay was always available on phone & ready to help whenever i was in doubt he planned best itinerary for us. everything was sorted the driver mr ramesh ji picked us from jaipur airport & he was very polite knowledgeable with sightseeing. he helped us in pushkar with the locals in bargaining for camel ride fare & also near bagore ki haveli with the autowalas. the jaipur trip was ok

I don't think we would have had a good time vacationing on our own. I absolutely enjoyed my 17days trip to India. Days in Kashmir was perfect. Driver very polite and he has a lot of knowledge about Kashmir. Hotel you choosing also nice especially the house boat. Days in Leh was unforgettable. Driver was beyond great, very patient and funny. Never complain if we want to stop to took a million pictures. Never complain when traffic become crazy. Golden triangle tour and Jaisalmer also great. We decided to change the car when we were in Delhi then Mr. Vinay responded like blink of and eyes. Thank you Vinay for everything!! i took a travel package from holiday expert for a trip to jodhpur, jaisalmer and udaipur. everything was sorted if we talk about staying at hotel, sight seeing and the transport. i was pretty much impressed by the driver and the who was there with us during the whole trip. also my agent vinay was always available on the phone if i had some problems or doubts. we had some issues regarding the hotel in udaipur the last day but he got it figured out quickly and i didn't have to worry much...
Hi Team, Overall experience was very good except few instances. -First day at Delhi we were not happy with driver bcoz he dint support to see much places. Hotel at Delhi was kind of ok not too bad -driver Vikash was very good and helpful and covered places very well -Hotel in Agra and Jaipur were very good -travel to Jodhphur was very long and hotel at Jodhpur was not good and no proper services -May be if we would have availed train from Jaipur to Jaisalmer would have been better. -jaisalmer AC tents were costly and even though we told we will use one tent they did not reduce the cost -camel ride they mentioned 250-300 person but jeep safari for 1500 they only took us from tent to desert place and they did not show any places in desert Regards, Manjula

Dear Vinay, First and foremost let me thank you and your very able staff for the excellent tour organising skills. We had booked for a 8D7N tour to Nepal. It included Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan National Park. We visited most of the important places which included Pashupatinath temple, Manokamana temple, Buddist temple etc. We saw the sunrise over the Himalayan range in Pokhara. We also did paragliding in Pokhara which was the highlight of our tour and its a must do for all. In Chitwan National Park we did see lots of deers and elephants and the one horned Rinhos. Our visits were well planned and every detail was taken care of by our driver Mr. Man Bahadur. Mr. Santosh Karki and Mr. Sudeep were also very helpful and all in all the tour was a grand success. We are a family who travelled from Mysore to Singapore. I enquired the Holiday Experts for the trip arrangements via web search. I got a quick and detailed response for the same. We stayed in the hotel called Park Royal on Kitchener Road in Singapore, which was a very excellent location for us since it was in the area called Little India and we did not have to miss on our regular vegetarian meals. The Hotel was very well maintained and the staff were all really very friendly. The arrangements made for the stay and the travel in and around Singapore was excellent and was at its best. Holiday Experts has made our trip a wonderful one and I will definitely approach them for my next Holiday destination as well. we are Two couple visited in Kerala with holiday experts in June 2017. There was amazing experience, We visited Munnar,Thekkady,Alleppey,Kovalam and Kanyakumari. Driver service was also cool.Thanks to constant follow up by Holiday Experts- Mr. Vinay. We enjoyed a lot. The weather in Munnar was awesome and makes us feel of darjeeling. The most enjoyable part in trip is nature of Munnar, Allappy and Kovalam, we enjoyed a lot in House boat and at beach. We had our honeymoon in Rajasthan for a week, stretching to mid-January. Weather conditions in that season are really good, which translates to a higher influx of tourists, causing more competition for good hotel rooms.
Vinay of Holiday Experts worked with us to get all the excellent hotels we wanted into our itinerary, nabbing a lower price than what we would have ended up spending directly on the hotel websites or using other travel agencies. The hotels ranged from the historically famous Taj Lake Palace in Udaipur to the unique luxury tents of The Serai just outside the sand dunes in Jaisalmer. As a pleasant bonus, breakfast was included on all days, which is always one fewer thing to think about.
Another great part of the travel experience was the actual travel; we had a very roomy Innova to ourselves, and the friendly drivers chauffeured us all across our Rajasthan circuit making sure we saw everything worth seeing, always making sure we were comfortable and safe.
We had a great time with Holiday Experts, and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a customized travel package at a great price!

Vinay was very helpful in planning our tour . Hotel in mount abu hotel hiltone initially gave us a very shity room but vinay helped us and good our room changed . I really appreciate him. I think people who book there room in 4 star property Bikaner palace is a better option.

Quality of hotel in kovlam is good behavior of staff is good food quality is also good but in alleppy boat house food quality is very poor they have only 10 bowl in between sixteen persons. TEMPO Traveller driver behaviour is also good.we only diappointed in alleppy boat house
great travelling with them, the guidance provided by driver is good. but a little discomfort, no proper communication b/w driver and agents.
it was good experience, specially the stay was very good. there was no proper communication done to the driver, i guess, for my itenary, as the driver left me in mt. abu in just half day, with covering just one sightseeing. this added cost to my local travel, approx. 900 inr. i think, a better alignment was required between the agent and driver.
