Overall experience was really, very hospitable. Nice to visit again after childhood.

The arrangements for pick up and drop at airport, travel, etc., were good. The only complaint I had is with regard to selection of hotel at Shimla, where we had to take a long walk to reach hotel, and pay huge charges to porters to carry our luggage. Also the hotel management was not helpful in getting us cabs to take back the luggage to the vehicle stopping point which put us to great hardship. I could also see at least 3 other customers arguing with the hotel management on some issue or the other. I had informed Himalayan Yatra about this bad experience.
