Excellent experience with Travels as well as 'The High Walls' hotel, in Mussoorie, recommended by them. Hotel was neat and clean, complimented by excellent service by the hotel staff. Food quality was great. Fully enjoyed the 3 nights stay, with family.

This is in reference to our trip to Rajasthan from 24.01.2015 to 07.02.2015 arranged through Gurmansh Travels. Travel Agent support has been excellent. . The suggested hotels were also very good except in one or two places where it was not at par with the other hotels provided during the tour. Driver co-operation was very good in the sense that the drive was comfortable and took initiative in providing us finer details of the places visited. Its a nice experience to do my sikkim tour in your package. Mr. Aditya is a wonderful man. He coordinates the vehicles in efficient manner. In my Gorumara jungle safari, the day i planned was happened to be a holiday. He reshuffled my itinerary so that I shouldn't affected by that holiday. The drivers and vehicles were nice! Regarding stay, in Gangtok, hotel Iris Inn is a nice place to stay. But, as it is located at outskirts, we had to depend fully by their restaurants especially in dinners. we have been to Port Blair (Andmaan & Nicobar Islands) from 04-04-20114 to 09-04-2014. This was an awesome experience for me and my family. During the whole tour we visited so many places but visit to Radhanagar beach was mindblowing. Deep Blue sea, cleanliness and peace are the USP of this island. The beach was so clean that you can't find such beaches anywhere in India that's for sure. Baratang was also good but the journey was very adventuurous and tiring as well. There are so many places in India to visit but I selected this one only because of its distant and astonishing locations. I was also very desirous to know how people live in a place surrounded by sea but quite surprised to notice that life was as healthy there as we live in our cities. Pollution free environment, cleanliness, natural beauty, well behaved and law abiding gentry makes Andaman a gem of tourist destination. Reaching Andaman is quite expensive perhaps this is the only reason that nature is so fresh and untouched here. Keeping in view the time frame we could not visit some other worth seeing place like jolly buoy, redskin, neil etc, (koi bat nahi next time sahi). In nutshell we can say that the whole tour was nothing but a cocktail of patriotism, monument, nature, adventure, culture etc. Frankly speaking while planning the tour there were so many doubts in my mind like how to reach there, where to stay, what to eat but full credit goes to u that u planned the whole tour so well, particularly keeping in view the likings and budget of middle class family. Mam we have never met but I must say that your services were managed quite delicately in a professional manner. I must recommend the name of Gurmansh Travels if anybody approached me for his excursion needs. Last but not the least I once again render my thanks to you and your team for making path for most unforgettable journey of our life. We were completely satisfied with our Kerala package done by you. The hotels which we had selected were awesome. We had enjoyed our stay at Green woods Resort.I suggest ,you recommend Green Woods Resort to all your clients.We had smooth check in & checkout at all the places.Also had a tour coordinator who had called us couple of times to check whether we had checked in properly (Angel was her name) The hotel bookings,car booking & over all tour was excellent.We had enjoyed a lot.I would recommend Gurmansh travels booking to all my friends & family.Good job done..Keep it up & all the best for future.

The room provided at Cochin was at IMA studio apartment. The room was very nice.food was also nice.
The hotel provided at Munnar was Wyte Mist . It was 23 km before Munnar. It was 23 km before Munnar. However in the confirmation voucher it was given as Emarld Inn which was in the Munnar. When we reached there the hotel people told us that we don't have any room booked in that hotel in our name. We tried to connect the local representative Ms Meena she didn't pick our call .
Then we called our our travel agent who then told us to go to Wyte Mist which was 23 km back. So we wasted lot of time to go back again at Wyte Mist. Actually we could have reached to hotel by 5 pm but we landed at hotel at 730 pm. This could have been avoided had they told us properly about the hotel name. The local representative Ms Meena was uncooperative. Such people should not be in hotel business .
The rooms were very small but the surrounding and the area around the hotel was very nice.
The hotel at Thekkady was Spice Valley. Room decent. But food horrible. Even lodged written complaint to the management.
It was confirmed by travel agent that house boat will be AC deluxe falcon cruise. But boat provided of swan cruise . Ac was there but no TV. When asked it was told by house boat people that TV is provided only in deluxe boat. When we paid for deluxe boat it is not understood why deluxe boat was not provided.

We enjoyed the trip. Thanks for all arrangements. But I would like to share some things. a) Hotel Birds Valley at Munnar should plan for better arrangements for senior citizens b) In Allepey- I would like to suggest that Senior citizens and family with big sizes should prefer staying in two bedroom houseboat because all the houseboats are of same sizes and one room is sufficient for 2 ppl only. I will rate 3 stars out of 5.
