mr uday shankar from ooty was our tour operator.he is very nice person.he provided all type of services very nicely.he guided us from time to time. he provided very nice hotels in banglore mysore coorg ooty. you can rely on his words. i strongly recommends to use west cottage tour operator. after all all 8 days i realy enjoyed very well with my family during my visit.

Anil was an incredible taxi driver. Kind and considerate he gave us complimentary water and took us site seeing, too. The guide at the Taj Mahal was extremely excellent. The hotel was abominable! We arrived to find dirty linen, a cupboard door which fell off its handle, filth and reception staff were noisy until 2am

everything was good in the package but the cottage provided was really bad. it had no proper power backup and water supply. as well as these issues, the condition of the room was also not satisfactory. switches, charging points and tv were not working.

Worst sightseeing experience Driver is not ready to cover all the places... He skipped a lot of village view points in Kodaikanal.. Its best to go directly rather than choosing tourism packages...

Worst service I have not seen this type of service in my life.

I never suggest com. to any one of my colleagues because depends on your suggestion I choose green holidays but I feel I waste my money
