We were two families and did a trip of Madurai, Kodaikanal and Ooty. The tour plan was very good with all good places for sightseeing and included a jungle stay and a day water park at Mettupalayam. The children loved it. The hotels were very good. A special mention for our driver Deeban who was always smiling and was very patient with us. During my wayanad trip,travels for the local transportation was good.but the hotel condition was so pathetic.i have never seen such kind of hotels in my life.They r not cleaning the rooms properly even after we have informed them many times.Quality of food is not good and there is no iety of food except two even though we r ready to pay extra.Its my humble request to you that don't refer this type of hotel to your guest in future. Except this hotel hotel arrangement,rest of the co ordination from the travel agent was good. Regards, Jaikumar.G

It is overhaul good except one occasion. On arrival , vehicle from kulalumbur airport to hotel was not provided. Luxury travels said they have sent the driver. But the driver was not available with my name board. I have searched the driver and then shouted . The local drivers were also shouted that any body has come from luxury travels. But the luxury travels repeatedly saying that the driver was sent. The flight arrived at 1.00 pm. I was in the gate searching the travel people till 2.00 pm. Then I engaged a private taxi incurring charges of Rm 180/-. I was much disturbed and mentally upset and tension apart from unnecessary expenditure. Murugan Sivanadian
