Firstly, we were offered only the resort that enjoy best reviews (very reliable suggestions). Then, our consultant - Mr Lawania - was well informed about the resorts & the region and helped us in making the correct decision. Booking process was smooth and transparent (the rooms are booked first and then only payment are taken - that too only in part with balance payable at resort). We drove ourselves to Corbett and our consultant (Mr Lawania) was available on phone even for the directions. On reaching the resort, they were well informed of our arrival. The safari person reconfirmed in advance and the jeep reported in time as well. All in all, a very friendly yet professionally managed holiday that filled our hearts with joy.
