Arijit at Gets Holiday fully engaged with me so that he could tailor a great holiday. Though not everything went to plan, Arijit was always available to sort out those unexpecterd issues. I would highly recommend the company.

I have bought thru them my travel but also was included Varanasi. They were very professional and the guides were amazing but above expectations were the guide of Delhi and Agra. I plenty recommend the travel agency and to travel in India. I was hit by the people, culture and food! Love my trip!

Every piece of the trip was excellent, even exceeding our expectations, but for the guide in Delhi. It was a customized trip due to a wedding we had to be in, and the adapted themselves to our needs. The overall experience was extremely good.

Overall very good. Always asking for feedback during the trip. Gave excellent guides. But recommended Wyndham hotel in Agra. Suppose to be 5* But very poor service and had very dangerous electric iron with exposed wires. Bad management.

We did the 15 day "Legend Tour Of Rajasthan". We had an amazing time. Great hotels, personal english speaking driver for the entire trip. Great itininery with a bit of everything, from Forts, Palaces, Temples, Elephant ride at Fort Amer in Jaipur, Jeep Safari in Tiger National Park, and Camel safari in the desert. Would recommend this tour to anyone.

I am from South Africa. At first I was sceptical about using an agent online. I researched the agent. Gets Holiday website is well developed and very informative about the operation of the company. There is great transparency. The service provided by the agent was excellent. The trip was well organised and hassle free. Correspondence with the company was via email . The agent's employee , Ashutosh, with whom I worked promptly replied to my emails. Tolerance and patience was displayed as I made numerous changes to my tour plan as the months passed. I was telephoned on numerous occasions by Ashutosh.This sense of personal contact increased my confidence in working with Gets.I paid the agent 98% of the bill before entering India. The agent is highly recommended. Gets Holidays has a staff of about 140 employees. I visited the offices and met with the managing director. While in India we were telephoned every day to check if all was well. Gets Holidays is highly recommended.

Excellent arranging for a party of 10. Was able to access their services at all times while on holiday. Their services are, indeed, to be commended. One particular person, Mr Mithun Sharma, really went out of his way to fulfill our needs. GETS HOLIDAYS will always be my first choice whenever I travel to India again. This is the second time that I have actually travelled with Gets. A highly recommended agent who tailor-made my trip which was very comfortable and enjoyable.

We had a good time and want to thank you for the arrangements. As mentioned in the feedback, we loved the itinerary and the hotels, but had a few issues with our driver. He was an excellent driver but a poor communicator and we felt he did not always provide us with enough information, he was not always on time, he was not at all familiar with some towns we visited and he changed some scheduled activities eg boat trip on Lake Pichola at Udaipur in the evening. However, he did look after us and we enjoyed the tour very much.

Amazing. We had a wonderful time in Tamil Nadu. The whole tour was very professionally planned, the hotels were very carefully chosen and the guide/driver was very understanding and got connected with us well. In the beginning had doubts about dealing with a travel agent in India, but the Gets Holidays travel consultant Ms Anika Yadav did an amazing job in organizing this tour for us and our needs. First of all I would like to appreciate your efforts and professional knowledge in arranging this tour. I do not have any concerns about your service. But it is my duty to give you the tour feedback which may be helpful to you to arrange future tours. Hence, I am mentioning following few lines.1.As you already know, our first impression was very bad. The escort made us to walk about 1KM carrying all our luggages. Just imagine we were travelling for about 35 hours at a stretch and we had 5 children and 4 people above the age of 50 years. It was horrible experience to carry our baggage all along. More over we spent money to get some enjoyment not to carry our bags.2.Our escort, even though he is a nice person, lacks knowledge and experience. Once I opened the envelope I got all the details.You are really a professional tour operator but there was some communication gap between your agent in Srinagar andhedriver/escort.3.The driver was very smart and knowledgeable. He can handle any one. Even though he drives very fast it was smooth driving. What we feel is that, the driver should take the customer to the genuine shops since he is paid for that and the customer also will get satisfaction of buying genuine things.This never happened throughout our tour and we could not buy any genuine items.The vehicle provided was superb. 4. The room provided in Hotel Basera was an average room. Food also not up to the mark.5.The rooms at Oasis Resort also of average grade. But we had a major problem there. After eating night dinner there, everyone suffered by vomiting and lose stools. No one slept that night. Just imagine our condition next morning but some how we managed to travel whole day from Patnitop to Pahalgam. Many times we stopped the vehicle for vomiting purpose. Since this day we started eating only vegetarian food and fruits. Definitely the quality of food provided that night was very bad. Two of our members could not even join us for the Pahalgam local sight seeing next day due to illness and they remained at hotel throughout the day.7The Aksa resort was reasonably good even though it looks very old. The staff were friendly and courteous.10. Hotel Kaiser at Srinagar was good but no 24 hrs hot water supply.They provided hot water only after 8 PM. We reached there at 5 PM and just wasted 3 hours to get ourselves fresh and could not do anything till then.Anyhow, if I go on writing there are many things to say. So, I wish to conclude my feedback by thanking you for such a nice arrangement. Since you have long business relationship with the hotel chains, I am sure they must have refunded the amount. Hope you will calculate accordingly and refund us the eligible amount at the earliest. Once I receive a reply from you on this I would furnish you may bank account details to remit the amount.Once again thank you very much for everything you did and I would be happy to recommend you to our friends for their tours in near future.I have to specially thank you for the complimentary dinner in Srinagar.It was a nice arrangement.I myself looking forward to travel with you in near future.

Overall, our experience with GeTS was quite lovely. I will start with our overall itinerary. We feel that we disliked the most, visiting so many of the same sort of "company stores". There were just too many. And it became rather annoying after our 4th store of the same type of merchandise. We would have loved to have stayed in Agra another day, we felt that 3 days in Jaipur was a bit too much as there wasn't that much to do there. We felt quite trapped in our hotels. Now on to our hotels. We felt our first hotel, Comfort Inn Anneha was pretty decent and we enjoyed our service and experience there. The hotel in Agra, Taj Resort was very dirty and our bathroom was awful. The hotel in Jaipur, Ramada was very lovely. Thank you Anika for sorting out the wifi situation with Ramada. We are quite thankful to your speedy action to our situation. Our guides. Our guide in Delhi was thorough and we had a pleasant experience with him. Our guide in Agra was the best...I feel a tad sad that we did not tip him more! He was very catering to all our needs. Our guide in the short excursion to Skikira (sorry for the spelling) was very pushy. Our guide in Jaipur...I'm sorry but I have a slight complaint. While we waited in the long line-up for the elephant ride up to Amber Fort, we had asked him if he could go get our hats that we left with Karan (the driver). Not only did he not get the hats (he could have called Karan!) but he didn't even wait with us but he waited and chatted with other guides under the shade!!! On to our driver, Karan. He was AWESOME! He was always polite and took us to where we wanted to go. He was always on time. Even our last day when we had previously said goodbye and was surprised again it was him as our driver to shopping and the airport. He had a smile on his face. We sadly miss him already. If we choose to visit India again, we will definitely go through you again. Thank you very much,

"after a week of hard work finally some time to write you this mail. So as the trip everything went as planned, the balance is positive, we love to know India much like the south from the north, the people are culturally very different, nicer more helpful and certainly dare to drive by the north south thing I've got more questions. As concerns Gets whenever I can recommend, I emphasize: the professionalism and competence of the staff so that everything was to our liking and to meet the contract. The highlight of your colleague who phoned 2 in 2 days to see if everything was in order, the driver we had in the area of Kerala, which has always had a mind above the average, and was always open to advise us where sites buy or eat without any personal interest in the north now I can not say such a thing, so the guides as the drivers took us to places where there was clearly a business for them (guides or drivers), our driver south is clearly an asset to your company, our guide in Mumbai that lady so spectacular, it was a book of authentic history despite his high age and its difficulty to move, left the group very pleased by all that vein to add the end of our trip. The improving our drive south is clearly in need of reform or a thorough cleaning. I have one more question for you: and your interest to work with travel agents or your business is to work only with the end customer? And that my travel agent affixed to know that everything went well with our trip showed interest in in the future when there is people to seek India, it have a more advantageous alternative to offer. As for the rest we'll see out there who knows in any other trip. greetings"

I've been really happy about the kumbh Mela camp, in despite of the weather we had for nearly 2 days...The tents were really nice, with all facilities. The staff has been really friendly, and the food was very good. It has been a great experience! Just the driver to Varanasi was a bit strange... He took an other road supposed to be shorter... It was a dark and bumpy road, and he got completly lost in Varanasi, trying to find his way for one hour and finally left me on.the road at almost 1:00am! I was happy to share the taxi with an other tourist, because I would have been really afraid! Hopefully there is always a tricky boy to help you even at that time, to help you to find your way in the streets of Varanasi...Anyway I finally reached the hotel...

My husband and I just fulfilled a dream of mine which I've had since studying the art of India in college. Gets Travel was the first company to call us when I filled out various forms online. Working with Deepak Ghildiyal was a dream. He was polite and always available to answer ALL of my questions. We decided on the traditional "Golden Triangle" and he was always willing to change arrangements based on our request. In fact, we wished to take the fast train from Delhi to Agra and Deepak booked our travels quickly and arranged for our driver to take our luggage to Agra the night before so that we wouldn't need to be concerned about it on the train. When we stepped off the train, our driver was there with a broad smile. In fact, our driver, Ram Mohan, was another reason that our trip was an incredible experience. He was kind and protective of us and willing to take us anywhere. EVERYWHERE we traveled, he took us as close as possible to where we needed to get out of the car, and was always immediately available when we exited the tourist experience. He learned early in the trip how much my husband and I are addicts of diet coke and ALWAYS had a full cooler of it available in the car with ice and plenty of water. He made sure we were where ever we needed to be on time. I would recommend Gets Travel wholeheartedly to create an experience of a lifetime for anyone who wishes to travel the magic of India... Thank you to all of the employees who made it happen for us.

"We arrived home last night after a wonderful trip to India. I wanted to send you a quick note to thank you so much for organising our tour. All went so well and we enjoyed our wonderful travels through Kerala. Our driver and guide, Manos, was great and he looked after us very well. The hotels were just right for us. I would like to suggest that Seaview Apartments is a magical place to use for the Kochi area. Verghase was so caring and the location was so much better than the hotel that we first looked at. Thank you so much for working that in to our itinerary. Pondicherry and the Hotel Du Parc were fantastic, both for location and facility - a step back in to the past! I also want to thank you so much for your efforts to help Hannah with her luggage. Air Astana really let her down but all ended well with her being reunited with her backpack on the way back in New Delhi, with only 15 minutes to spare to get her flight back to Kasakhstan! Many thanks again for your concern and attempts to help. We come home with many wonderful memories of India and hope one day to return. Many thanks again. Ro Woodhead and family"

Everything went so smoothly with the things they arranged : car, driver, all accommodations, and some activities. There was a time when the driver was not aware that an activity was included but a quick phone call to GeTs and this minor concern was quickly resolved. They even checked in with us along our journey to ensure we had what we needed. ,Obviously we are pleased with the service you provided. Our trip was really good and you helped make it a success. Transportation and accommodation went smoothly and calling us along the way was a nice touch. Thank you so much. So you can continue to offer top level service, honest feedback is needed. It is with respect that I offer these points : Payment of the remaining fee ~ We planned to make our final payment by Visa but our driver did not have access to equipment needed. Our attempt to get a large amount of cash to pay failed and was frustrating. This was resolved quickly with a phone call to GeTs (thank you, Deepak) arranging for us to pay online. Suggestion : officially offer an online payment option for the final payment. Internet is becoming more common. Fewer people travel with cash or travelers cheques and ATMs only allow a maximum of $10,000 RPS each day. Sights and Events that could be changed ~ Kumarakom Coconut Creek provided a nice room and great food but that is not enough.Suggestion : skip it. If someone is really interested in the bird sanctuary then get them to Coconut creek for dinner, overnight stay, early to the birds the next day, then leave. Alleppey / Houseboat :This was a highlight of the trip with good food and amazing scenery. But it is an odd tour ...We arrived in the late morning and set off on the house boat with a crew of 3. After 1.5 hours we stopped for lunch (about 1 hour) then continued our journey for another 3 hours and stopped for the night (dinner and sleep). Returning in the morning by a shorter route took about 1 hour. Gone 21 hours and, at most, 6 hours was travel. The stop overnight was nowhere special; the room provided was good but the crew slept in the common area almost outside our door (we kept them up late by staying on shore past dark). I feel that nothing was added to the trip by staying on the boat overnight and better ccommodations could be provided on ore.Suggestion : find a day trip option only that includes 2 meals. If someone really wants an overnight trip convince the tour operators to travel further in a 24 hr trip and to find a location of interest to stop for the night. What about a private phone? Before our trip with you we had a ?pay-as-you-go? (pay by the minute) cell phone provided by friends in Chennai and this gave Erin this idea. At times we needed to call you using our driver's phone, at times you called us in our hotel room. It may be worth while providing a cell phone for your guests to use. I hope this information is helpful to you. My thanks again. Things went very smoothly and when there was any concern they were immediately resolved when we phoned.

We had excellent service, with staff keeping in contact with us daily to ensure all was well. They even ,anage d to find articles we had left behind in a hotel and had them sent to Delhi for us to collect on our way back.We had some minor issues with some hotels and have advised GeTS. This is outside of their control but may help them for future bookings. Thank you for referring 4 good agents to us, we chose GeTS for a number of reasons.

Good experience for my travel to Kerala, India. Beautiful place & good food. Only bad thing was the driver didnt recommended proper Ayurvedic massage centre, but a rubbish one. Apart from it everything was wonderful.

They organised good hotels and transportation for us. However the trip was good but we didn't like the long time spent in the van... and lots of monuments visits in one day so better to pace out the travel and stay longer for anyone interested to go.

I was planning a trip to India and it is difficult to do it while being in the US. The time difference does not help and I think that the service left something to be desired. I got quick responses but at one point the person I was in contact with kept saying that the other tour companies were fake because the prices were too low. It turns out everything was better than I expected with the company I picked. I am glad I didn't listen to the customer service representative from trinetra.

My experience was average. We were met by the rep at the station which was good. They also met us before we checked in at the various hotels in Delhi, Agra & Jaipur. They kept in touch to find out if things were ok but when we queried a few things they cut off the call. We were promised certain free elephant, horse rides and sound and light shows but the driver didnt bother to pay for any until we told him about it. We landed up paying for our own light & sound show which we wouldnt have even gone for. Our car met with an accident in Jaipur and no one even had the decency to ask how we were. There was no police involvement as neither wanted it. As a result we had no paper work to show to our insurance company; should there have been a problem with whiplash etc later on.

my trip with my kids went ok only as we were not happy with some hotels given to us and further more some hotels booked were far away. i wonder why the driver who was driving with us in car receiving many calls from your company. he was so frustrated and angry as he need to answer you and at the same time drive. if you want to fine about the our comfort I felt it best that I should have been contacted rather than the driver. the lady over the phone whom I spoke asked me about our travelling experience, I wanted to have better time to talk and also if I want to see something about the driver also I cant as the driver was beside me. I told the lady to call me back again and she never did. I felt that my entire tour could have organised better however I would say a big thank you even though with some problem we able to visit all the places. during my Coimbatore trip, half way the car brokedown and my entire day was gone. I hired a taxi and did my shopping. the best hotel we stayed was Aloft and their service were top. DVR hotel was also good. the driver also complaint that only 2 hotels had driver facility. I also felt the driver to need place to stay and rest and the day he will fresh and free to drive us. pl in future pl book hotels with driver's facility available. the also drove us to the domestic airport at 2pm and our departure me was at 9am. I was rather disappointed as we have to wait long hours in the airport.

not that great, although the agent did help for last minute unforeseen events like flight cancellation due to fog. I would have appreciated if correct feedback for give while planning the trip about weather conditions and adverse situation could arise like this. Travelling by road with a family of 3 kids is not a great choice though.

1. The driver/guide. I would be more confortable if either one is a Muslim. The reason being I would get a better advice/guidence with regard to Muslim food restaurant and mosque to offer prayers. 2. The shopping places they took are not that attractive - they took us to shops rather than shopping mall. There is very little choice and no chance to compare prices. 3. I have requested for triplet room. I expected the room to have 1 queen bed and 1 tween bed. What was given to me is a room for two with additional bed. That made the room too pack especially for the hotel in Delhi and Agra. On other matters I am happy with the servive provided.

We have read thru the reviews from tripadvisor and decided to go with Gets Holidays for our 10 days 9 nights India trip, so that we save the hassle for planning ourselves. But at last, we are wrong. Firstly, the package provided by Gets Holidays has many things that were not included and were not stated. And, things are included, we didn't get them all, such as battery van ride at Agra and rickshaw ride at Old Delhi. So, the things that not included, firstly, they don't provide a tour guide. Secondly, they don't provide an English speaking driver. So, simply, you're going around in a car to all the sites without understanding what you see and where you're going. And often, we have miscommunication with the driver who gave us a lot of frustration. But Gets Holidays did try their best to improve the customer experience. In the end, they did try to provide the tour guide for some of the sites. Not all itinerary, but some of the sites. But the tour guide, most of them more e concern with tips than delivering good service. Finally when we're at Delhi, thry provided the driver with a better English speaking skill, Mr. Devinder. However, we were disappointed by the fact the a lot of things that were promised by the driver, only to be forgotten later. We wanted to visit the local market and we mentioned to him many times, but all the shops that he brought us were expensive tourist shops. It was only after huge of request that we're finding a chance to do our own shopping outside the tourist mall. There are so many things he has promised but has never delivered. But nonetheless in this, as a professional outside to bring us to the tourist shop, he did ensure to follow the itinerary closely and give us the save and professional journey. So, some advice for travelers who are going with Gets Holidays in the future, please remember to ask them to include a list of what is not included because in out trip, there are so many things that not included that we blew our budget. Secondly, please ask them to include a price list of all the optional activities that we can choose to go. Because there are so many optional activities provided to us, and if you don't do that, then you simply waste the time going there and coming back with no activities. And thirdly, please make sure that you clarify if they're providing you with an english speaking driver, or a driver with an English speaking guide. If not, most like you're getting a driver who doesn't speak English and can't communicate with you at all.

The sales representative was initially very attentive and efficient. He was responsive to my request for a discount, and promised a free dinner as part of the discount. After I agreed to the contract with the company, he was no longer in contact. The transaction was transferred to another agent, who was much less friendly and only emailed me with generic instructions. We were a party of two, but we had to arrive at the respective airport 6 hours apart. My arrival was scheduled for 7 am, my companion was scheduled for 1:30 PM. They emailed me to tell me I should just wait at the airport until my companion arrived. There was no mention about someone coming to meet me and greet me and keep me company or at least take me out for breakfast or lunch. I complained to the company that I was a woman traveling alone to India, and they did not give me any reassurance that I felt they paid attention to my safely. I felt this was largely ignored. They collected the fees for the tour at the airport and I never heard from them again about the free dinner that was promised, despite my reminding them about it. On the last day, they overestimated the time it would take to get to airport by 3 hours, so we had to check out of the hotel early. I asked them to drop me off at the mall on the way to do some last minute shopping. The driver refused to accommodate us because his instructions were to drop us off at the airport. We insisted that he call his boss, and this resulted in further delays, we had to wait in the hot Kerala day for him to call his boss and wait for his boss to call back. That was a waste of an hour. I was not impressed with this company's service.

In general, it wasn?t good. Most of the places suggested weren?t visited because the driver didn't advice how much time we needed to visit them. As most of the places were very far from hotel or far from city center, and also traffic restrictions, we spend a lot of time in the car. The first driver in Bangalore wasn't good and he was desperate to drop us back to the hotel instead of taking to visit to some other places. Other problem that we had was we book two double rooms and we expected two single beds but there was always a twin bed.

Not very good. Their driver stole our money and the company did not even bother to take any action against the driver. When we requested small changes in the itinerary, they didn't do it. Pathetic company.

Very bad.Vehicle was downgraded and hence uncomfortable.Driver was no guide at all and could not see the fuss about sightseeings.Where dinner was included,we did not get any as it was not printed in the voucher.Light and Sound show which was supposed to be included did not happen for Red Fort.

I used GetsHolidays India to plan my vacation with my family to India for 2 weeks and it was ruined by GetsHolidays after their sponsorship to eat at a local resort Coki Dani in Jaipur. We were given the cheaper option to eat the local food using a plate made out of dried leaves rather than international option where they use actual plates. My entire family was food poised and I was hospitalized from e-Coli bacteria. The worst part was after I was hospitalized there was no follow up or visits from the travel agent to inform me in regards to the revised itnary. I had to call the travel agent for the follow up. Everything is about money to GetsHolidays I was even charged for the pickup form the hospital back to the hotel although it was their fault I didn?t even receive an apology. The best part was the flight to my next destination that I requested GetsHolidays to book was missed because they booked the flight at 1.30 am and it was communicated to me that it was booked at 1.30pm. I was furious when I reached the airport to find out that I missed my flight and requested GetsHolidays for a change.The next flight which they booked for us was in the evening and we were stranded at the Delhi airport for 6 hours doing nothing. In which Getsholidays should have taken the responsibility to send a car for us and take out for lunch at least. I would not recommend GetsHolidays as your travel agent at the planning your holiday would be ruined by misadministration?s and they would not take responsibility for their actions.
