Nice experience. Well planned trip for 7 nights in Kerala.Choice of hotels and suggested Itineraries was perfect. Provided luxury suite in Munnar misty mountain hotel for one day which was pleasant surprise for me. Hassle free process and all pro active communication by travel agent coordinates.

Only thing boat house provided for stay at Alleppey was not really a deluxe boat as communicated earlier. Not so good. Also travel agent should waive off extra 3% charges on card payments.Rest all stay fine. Lifetime beautiful memories for us & our 2 kids. Thank you so much to help in making it happen within reasonable price compared to other travel agents.Strongly recommended to all others.

Wanted to thank you for arranging a wonderful trip. All hotels were very good, the car provided, specially our driver Mr. Navas was very helpful. Everything went fine. Thanks for the service. The Hotel Princess Regency in Kochi was a wonderful hotel but located way to far from Kochi Airport, I spoke to your travel coordinator guy Suresh in kerala (he was present there), he was very supportive & helpful. Experience was good. He gave me the best economical deal and the hotel selection and car was good.... We had a nice relaxing vacation.

I am giving one star only for the lunch on the last day that our driver asked us to eat. It was awesome. Other than that, well, the trip was totally ill-planned. No info about the detailed itinerary was given to the driver beforehand by Freeze my trip. No info about the closure of Eravikulam Natl Park, Top Station etc. was provided by FMT. they even planned our visit to the Padmanabham Palace on Monday, the only day it is closed in a week. A very forgettable trip overall. we had to listen to all the tantrums of the driver. He would treat us as if he is paying us for travelling instead of the other way around. Hotel booking were all confused and erratic. In one hotel they booked 2 rooms (since we were 2 couples) of 2 different categories even though we had paid for the higher version. They will follow-up with you like anything for payment and finalizing the itineary. but once u pay the full amount, no call from FMT end. not even for taking feedback about the trip... I will not list the name of the co-ordinator but still feel its his fault since he is the face of FMT for me. Avoid FMT. Regards, Tushar Parakh

IT WAS REALLY A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE WITH FREEZE MY TRIP. THOSE GUYS ARE LEAST BOTHER OF THE CUSTOMER DURING THE TRIP. THEIR WORK IS DONE AS THEY RECEIVED THE PAYMENT. SPECIALLY " GARIMA" TRAVEL EXECUTIVE & HER MANAGER " SIDDHARTH" WERE REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
WOULD ALERT OTHER PEOPLE TO NOT DEAL WITH "FREEZE MY TRIP". VERY HOPELESS SERVICE

Poor planning. Vehicle provided was having a defective wheel. Delayed by half a day. Chandigarh was near to Shimla. Simply we had to travel to Delhi. No planning.
