Our agent Eric Marks from Fly Wtih Us Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd was very proactive & always in touch to reply to e-mails. He was the only one to be persistent & to quote regularly for our requirements for Singapore & Malaysia break. The hotels were requested by U.S. & he had booked them accordingly; so it went off like a dream. He had given us all the contacts there for airport pick up , drop off & taxi that was hired for the day. Except for Red Apple Ltd services in S'pore & in KL who were v.late for our pick up & in KL confused about where to pick us up( Penang/ KL); everything he had arranged went off smoothly. We have requested another 2 holidays quotes from him now since we found hi client friendly and not giving excuses like others when things do not go according to plan & clients complain.
