I made use of Flexi Travels in Delhi. I think they were absolutely wonderful in the way they handled my trip overall. The pickups and meeting at the airports/train stations were always on time. The drivers used were excellent, some very knowledgeable and informative. The hotels chosen were most very good, only criticism I have was the Hotel OK in Varanasi, which I found to be very dirty. As I requested budget accommodation I can not criticize any of the other accommodation as they were good. I never had to call for any assistance, as there were always someone waiting for me, ready to collect me and take me to places of importance in which ever city I arrived. Overall I can recommend Flexi Tours Pvt Ltd, H.O. Tanja House FF, 1-84, Lajpat Nagar II, New Delhi with ease of mind. They delivered an excellent service, I do not have any complaints and was overall very comfortable, and happy with their service throughout my stay in India. Thanking you.

Good trip

I found the organisation of my tour to be very good and everything went to plan. The hotels were excellent in Delhi and Jaipur and very good in Agra. My driver was excellent ( thank goodness!) and the guides good but a little long winded at times. I would recommend Flexi Tours to anyone contemplating a Golden Triangle Tour.

Very well arranged and co-ordinated. The initial accomodation provided to us was under renovation and was not a good place to stay. However, we immediately got a new accomodation in a new hotel.

My trip to Karnataka in August was very well organized by Flexi Tours. My requirements were very well accommodated. They found that tourist activities in Bandipur National Park was banned due to the recent Supreme Court Decision and advised me to modify the initial itinerary. The modification of itinerary including change of destinations and accommodations were succsssfuly made just one day prior to my date of departure of the trip. Glorious India, Flexi Tour's local agent was very cordial and supportive. Timely contact to the local agent was possible. The driver arranged by Glorious India was very punctual and good to drive.

It was a good experience, but as a tourist i have some feedback. It was my first trip to Rajasthan and i really enjoyed the ambience and comfort of the accomodation provided.But i would suggest you guys to have informative and genuine cab drivers who took us to various destinations.The driver which we had after jaisalmer was extremely selfish and busy in making his own commission.He took us to the shops where he was supposed to get his commission.Though he was aware of the entire places but he misguided us and avoided those places where there was no commission.This is the only point where one would prefer state tourisim over flexi tours.If the same is rectified then Flexi Tours will be my final choice for rest of my trips.

MY TOUR PLAN TO UDAIPUR AND MOUNT ABU WAS OK AND THE HOTELS SELECTED WERE ALSO OK PERTICULARLY AT MOUNT ABU. I HAVE FOLLOWING SUGESSIONS DUE TO WHICH I FACED PROBLEMS AT UDAIPUR, WHERE THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL WAS VERY NON CURTIOUS AND RUDE IN TALKING. 1) SINCE I MADE VERY CLEAR THAT I WILL BE REACHING UDAIPUR INTHE MORNING AROUND 7AM, YOUR TOUR ADVISOR SHOULD HAVE INFORMED E VERY CLEARLY THAT I WILL HAVE TO WAIT TILL 10AM TO GET IN TO THE ROOM WHICH WAS NOT INFORMED. EVEN I TELEPHONED HIM, THOUGH HE PROMISED TO COME BACK TO ME AFTER TALKING TO THE HOTEL PERSON WITH IN 10 MINUTES BUT NEVER RESPONDED WITH ANY SOLUTION EVEN AFTER CALLING HIM AGAIN. THIS WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING AND 1ST DAY WAS ALMOST WASTED. THERE WAS NO HELP AND WE HAD TO WAIT AS COULD NOT DO ANY THING HAVING PAID THE MONEY IN ADVANCE. IF YOU PEOPLE CAN NOT PROVIDE A SOLUTION TO THE GUEST WHO HAS ALREADY PAID THE MONEY IN ADVANCE THAN THIS METHOD IS NOT PREFFERED AS THE HOTEL CAN ALSO BE LOCATED AFTER REACHING THE DESTINATION.
