Grate deal with this Travel agent Mr.Vimal Kumar had given us the best deal. we felt small discomfort in seating arrangement in the car (INNOVA) As we were 6 members car had bucket seats so so for the 6th person it was difficult to sit on 3rd row. Sem withrow. So we called up Mr.Vimal and request him to change the vehicle. So he immediately took the complaint and changed the vehicle within a hrs time. We had a pleasant drive.

It was nicely planned. Driver was nice. Trip was awesome.

Agent Ms. Poornima was good during the entire conversation. Manali is a very beautiful place but we have observed that places are very less to visit in our package. Secondly, Driver and Hotel Staff was very polite, helping and good. However, food quality can be improved little bit else there is no problem with the entire tour. Returning Bus Service was not good, Neither they gave us the water bottle i.e. very little thing that gives in any Volvo Facility and stoppages(For Restroom) is very less during 13 hours journey, they have dropped all the passengers in Civil Lines area which neither a public bus stop nor a Manali Tour Bus stop in Delhi.

We are 5 person and booked 2 rooms.Trivendram and Kanyakumari hotels are v low level.other places hotel are good.another problem is about driv?r.
before booking we request for hindi speaking driver but that person did not know hindi even not able to speak english.its major problem for us ...after many request agency change the driver on 4th day..that person was good.

There needs to be some more clarity from the Tour operator. Inspite of asking them n-number of times about the itinerary for each day, the operator kept reassuring that the whole sight seeing will be covered. Later, on reaching Goa we found that the sightseeing had just 4 places that too which are of hardly any importance to us. I asked for changing the itinerary and the tour operator readily made the changes without a hitch and I was very happy about that. The tour driver however was horrible, arrogant and ignorant of the routes. Then at the time of check out came the big mess where the tour operator was forcing me to pay rupees 5500/- extra for having changed the itinerary for one day. That was ridiculous and unacceptable to me as there was no mention about it when I asked for the change. I was not told to pay any extra money when I asked them to change the sight seeing destinations. Then on instruction of the tour operator the hotel people blackmailed us that they wouldn't give us dinner (part of the package) and wouldn't let us check out the next morning. My whole tour experience was spoiled by that one night where the tour operator was being so unreasonable. Finally they paid half that amount and made me pay the other half. I still feel it is unfair and ridiculous that I had to pay extra for mistake of some tour agent. I booked my January trip in October. For a person who wants to be so well planned and so advanced in plans, this tour operator is not the right one. Hotel was good but there was no lift/elevator and senior citizens faced a problem with that. The trip was okay otherwise.

Overall it was nice. They picked us from Delhi airport and dropped us Delhi airport after Nainital trip.

The time was right to return to the tour, we suffered because of Pdi Jat agitation took us Reservation Coda trouble with your expenses to come back, since the PDA had just canceled and Chandigarh even sent us into the cabin with a very lousy BS bithakar jbki waha kai Volvo bus thi jinse wo manmane paise vasool logo ko chandigarh tk la rhe the cheater ..... pareshani ko nhi samjha gya hmare sath chhota baby bhi tha
