Thanx hellotravel for connecting us to Emprise India. Emprise india made our trip awesome. They are excellent at their service. Hotel(ashok) cab n driver(Mr.Lalit) all gave their best. I will reccomend my friends for the package. Thanx Emprise India. And special thanx to Mr. Saurav Dandriyal who assisted us well and managed our trip.

Our trip to Auli (Uttarakhand) had been in the pipeline for several years so when it came to putting it into actuality we wanted to make sure that it was just right. We hunted around to find a travel agent who could tailor a package to suit our needs. Our decision was based on the travel agency's approachability (whenever we emailed a question we always received an immediate and comprehensive response); also our agencys flexibility in being able to add or alter different options, and their friendly and helpful advice. Our contact was with Ayushi from Expertise who made herself available to support us on call and mail at all times. (It is very reassuring to be able to personalise travel arrangements - it makes it seem less like dealing with an anonymous organisation with a friend and mentor. We are now considering another visit and we will definitely be looking at involving Ayushi (Expertise) again with our trip arrangements.

Hotel, and transport facility was good and meal served was fine. Will recommend to friends for Package.

Good but some certain things that we demanded were not furnished like I told them that the hotel should not be at height as my parents have the knee problem and they could not manage and other is that I several times mentioned the agent that we want lake view hotel but not got one.

I am really sorry to say, I feel you have not 'tested' vendors before putting them on website / list. Based on your recommendation, I selected Emprise India and I regret it was one of biggest mistake of my life. They dot' keep words what they say, they keep themselves away from promises made, they changed prices after taking advance, they don't have proper synchronisation with their counter part at Thailand, their Thailand counter part further outsourced the package, they did not bother for my concerned at Thailand. Over all their knowledge in this field is Zero and I request / I beg, don't recommend them in future for a traveller in particularly like me. Sorry for very bas remarks. Please note I am again telling, they don't know about the international travel. Thanks. In future kindly suggests me a tested/trusted and verified vendor only. I am afraid this worst experience, should not affect your future suggestions.
