The place for the Trip in itself was overwhelming. Hence every experience is bound to be exotic. So let this mail begin with a great Thanks for facilitating an Ejoyable and a comfortable tour. The selection of Hotels were commendable. The one at Kedarnath showed the homeliness and care in your own attitude towards us. The other lodges out there were scary to stay at and you chose the best and the costliest for the night. It showed your commitment for rendering a cozy stay. The Ashram stay at Uttarkashi was an intelligent choice. It gave a feel of spiritual dimension to the Entire undertaking. Never to forget the best food you made avaialable. The purity of home made food at Syanachatti, Sonprayag and never to delay at food timings, all were well appreciated. The biggest and the most important part was the drive and the vehicle, our second home through the tour. The car was comfortable, The Drive was confident and assuring. One point was noted but went unsaid. You bought some sun shade window covers at the very mention of of Sun Heat entering the car. That was very prompt and considerate, a perfect hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed all the time spent during the trip, be it the fun loaded conversations with you, among ourselves and the laughters created by Tony or conversation of tour planning and timing. If we had had one more day at our disposal, we would have loved to have a one day stay at Badrinath/ Village Mana. I must appreciate the quick witted decisions taken by you: The one of Driving through the night to reach Delhi in time. Anything otherwise would have caused troubles for all of us. I could only admire your endurance silently at the sight of you driving all night with whisling sound. Those hours were placid, and an enchanting wakefulness on the dark misty mountaneous terrain. The Trek to Kedarnath was undertaken by you with one of the reasons being to take care of my mom and accompanying her and us through the Trek. This added a lovely personal dimension to our exhilerating experince. Your commitment towards making our journey the most comfortable and safe was very well felt and admired. Some points that could be bettered at were ammeneties at Uttarkashi Ashram. We could not find drinking water and there was no water in the bathroom at night. The bedsheets were not very clean, however it is understandable since it was not a hotel. You and Tony made a great company, were informative and helpful, good at handling any tensed situation. I also appologise for a noisy evening at Ashram. I understand, It might have been embarrasing for you. There are many incidents to relate with our happiness and satisfaction with the tour you organised for us. Travel loving souls, as we are, I would look forward to more of such tours with you and I believe that sums it up all.

We used Elite tours & travels for Char Dharm Yatra, and they are really very good and honest. The Director of the company himself met us and arranged our tour as per plan and very reasonable rates. I would recommend everyone to use them. Owner mr Manish Bansal is ex Army man, hence you can rest assured for the quality services and there is no cheating. I would definately recommend all the travellers to choose them over any other travels.

best service. they saved our life at char dham yatra, during the disaster we were at Gopeshwar, Elite tours staff help us beyond their limits. they provide us safe accommodaton . me and my family are very grateful to Elite tours. thank you very much, moreover we have visited Gangotri and Yamuntori.

we booked our trip by Elite tour and travels ltd. Our trip was supposed to start on 17/05/2014 from ISBT kashmiri gate delhi by Eicher mini bus. I along with my wife reached the place in the morning on 17/05/2014. Mr. manish bansal owner of travel agency came with one honda city and one indica. and he informed us that no of people had cancelled the trip, hence the trip will be undertaken by these two vehicles. We appreciated the courage of Mr. Bansal to continue the tour although only seven persons out of 18 opted for chardham yatra. We started the journey, however the indica broke down in muzzafarnagar. Mr. Bansal immediately contacted his office and arranged a seven sitter qualis for further journey. it took about two hour time. We reached haridwar around 6 PM and could see only Ganga arti. hotel ganga vilas (AC room) were arranged for us. we visited mansa devi and chandi devi next morning. for this, we took Rs 215 package ticket on our own which included rope way both for mansa devi and chandi devi and bus between chandi devi and mansa devi.We could start from haridwar about 10.30 AM. we reached "sayanachatti" in night about 8:30 and our stay was arranged in gadwal mandal vikas nigam guest house. guest house was good but didnot have attached wash room.the next day we were brought to the point by their vehicle upto the point from where yamunotri yatra starts. We visited yamunotri by our own arrangement. the next day, we started for uttarkashi. our stay was arranged in an asharm. this asharm room had attached bathroom but not maintained properly. Next day, by their vehicles, we were brought to the Gangotri point. after, pooja and visit, we were brought back to the asharm same day. subsequent day, we moved to phata and reached their in night, our stay was arranged in a guest house(which has attached bathroom), this hotel was just in front of pawanhans helipad. the next day, we visited kedarnath temple by helicopter by our own arrangement but mr. bansal helped us for procuring the ticket. We started subsequent day for joshi math and stay was arranged in hotel braham kamal, it was an average hotel. we visited Badrinath next day by their vehicle and returned to joshi math the same day. Next day, we went to haridwar via rishikesh and stayed in hotel la-casa, hotel was very good. indeed the best hotel in entire trip. The last day (27/05/2014), we were brought back to ISBT delhi. and trip ended successfully. I found, Mr. Manish Bansal courageous ,confident and helpful. In the entire trip, one vehicle was driven by Mr. bansal himself.However, we feel that trip can be made more comfortable by better planning. Overall i found the trip religious and economic.

Trip is Nice But Transport & Hotel Is Very Bad .

Dear Sir / Madam I am sorry to say that the our experience with Elite Tours and Travels was horrible. I never experienced such a bad tour in my life. I alonq with my wife and daughter (3 adult) took the tour on your advice. Total Tour programme was highly mismanaged. During the whole Tour, the owner Mr. Manish Bansal himself was driving the Bus. Our Tour was for Chardham and was scheduled from 20th May to 30th May. Total payment was taken in advance. But the tour returned back after two dham only i.e Badrinath and Kedarnath. The Tour was cancelled in between without taking the passengers into confidence. We came back after two dham on 26th Night. I along with my family started the tour from Delhi. In our Bus except my family all other passengers were from Meerut. While returning, the Tour Operator terminated the Tour at Meerut and left us in Meerut at Mid night on 26th May. Even after my request he refused to provide any help for stay at Meerut in Mid-night. He also refused to provide any conveyance from Meerut to Delhi During the trip, he informed us that he is short of money and for 25th May night, we bear the Hotel charges for our stay at Guptkashi. He promised to return back some of the money, but till date he has not refunded any payment to us. I request you to please look in to the whole case and help us to get our money back.
