Visited Thailand. Excellent trip arranged by Dexter. Service was very good & Quick Response. Staff was very friendly. They satisfied my need. Worth for money. They suggested good hotels. Recommended to my friends & family members.

Dexter Travel Solutions gave a personalised service, and had arranged a good connection with their counterparts. The trip was well arranged except for a few minor problems. I find that their service levels are very good, and their Director Mrs.Sharanya takes personal involvement with customers. My 100 % recommendation for Dexter.
It was good.. Accommodation , Guide presence , coach ... everything was good.. Punctual .. I recommend everyone to choose Dexter as ur travel agent.
It was a nice experience. The hotel bookings were as per our requirements. The Guide cum Driver helped us through the tour. The vehicle offered was also satisfactory & in order.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Dexter Holidays for giving me a lifetime experience. I had extensive search before finalizing the tour with Dexter Holidays and was unsure till the date of departure about the tour though you have assured us time to time. Things started falling into place once we reached Mumbai international airport and we had a tour worth cherishing. We spent seven days in Thailand and explored the magnificent Bangkok and the beautiful Pattaya. Bangkok, was a shopping delight and my wife loved it to the core. The various sightseeing tours were organized very properly and the tour guides were very helpful and polite. Pattaya, We had a thrilling experience experiencing water sports activities like under water sea walk, para-sailing and much more. Only issue was accommodation in Bangkok, Hotel All seasons Huamark was not up to the mark, as the room was very small for two people. My thanks to you for organizing the trip so well that it went off just perfectly. Whatever was promised was delivered and the tour was easy, comfortable and hassle-free. And I would love to be part of your tour again Thanks
We travelled to malaysia and singapore last week. The hotel at Malaysia (Cititel) was good.Though Indian food was not available, they managed to make some for us. The hotel at Singapore(Grand Chancellor) was horrible. The room was very small. No drinking water is provided, no mirror in the room and they give you only one access card which is required for accessing the lift and the rooms.The attitude of front office staff is very bad. Would never recomend this place to anyone.Breakfast gets over very soon and very limited spread for vegetarians(restricted to bread and rice in the morning). All other arrangements were done well by Dexter.

Now when we all are settled back home after an unforgettable journey, we would like to thank you for a very good travel arrangement. All transports were very timely and the drivers and guides were professional and reliable. As you know we had reasons to call you regarding the hotel standard a couple of times, but we do appreciate your prompt response in changing hotel for us. One thing we would have liked to have upgraded, however, if we had known in advance, was the sleeping carriage in the two night trains, which we found quite uncomfortable. In total we are very happy with how you arranged the journey for us, which we also have mentioned to our friends at the Ericsson office in Dehli. We want to thank you for arranging such a wonderful tour for us. India is indeed fascinating, and we are very grateful for your help in making our tour so interesting and successful. There are two things for which we want to specially express our gratitude. First of all was that you assigned Raju as our driver. Raju?s oral English is very, very good, so we were able to converse easily. He was so much more than just a driver: he answered our many questions about culture and daily life, assisted us in many ways, and generally acted as our ?guardian angel?. I hope you will convey our thanks to him directly, and especially to the transportation company that employs him, because he truly deserves acknowledgement for his excellent service. Second I would like to thank you, Anil, for suggesting that we visit Bundi ? which we would not have known about ourselves. It was in Bundi that we began to really fall in love with India: the Haveli was so charming(the rooms, and the owners both), and the Palace with its lovely murals and fabulous views of the town definitely worth a visit. The fact that the town was not overrun with tourists made it very special: no touts and hucksters. When we took a walk in the morning we were greeted with ?Namaste? or ?good morning?. A local man helped us to find the famous step well, and refused to take any tip for helping us. We were able to buy miniature paintings from an artist who spoke to us about his work, and then signed his work for us. Being in Jaipur at the start of ?wedding season? was an unexpected pleasure. The processions ? with elephants, camels and horses ? marching bands and fireworks were amazing. The Pushkar Mela of course was ?over the top? in every way! (The crowding on the final day was so intense that it was actually a bit scary.) These are the things that make travel so enriching. So again thank you. We are back after 2 exciting weeks in your wonderful country. The second week of January we spent on a course arranged in ooperation with doctors in medical college of Calicut - and we learned a lot. Here is my evaluation of the tour that we planned together: 1) Paying in advance would be best - I should have thought about that myself. Paying in cash is not practical - and in north of Europe it is becomming unusual. 2) The drivers were both competent. All involved personel were kind,smiling and helpful. 3) All the hotels were excellent and at least same quality as 4 star hotels in DK. 4) Next time I would like to bring a qualified guide - we would like to know more about the areas we travelled in and have some informatin of a lot of things in your country. I would consider leaving out Ooty because of the long bustravel - but in a better bus it migt be ok - or we should go there by the veteran train. 6) Collaborating with you, Deepti, has been a pleasure. It was a great expereince for me to discover Srilanaka with this travel agent, they arranged everything that I needed in the trip, even the driver was very friendly and advicable, he was a prefect guiadnce, I really encourge anyone to deal with Mr. Saman Perear and to ask about the driver Mr. Prabath. It was a beautiful experience had first time to international trip to Malaysia. Thanks to Dexter holidays and thank you very much to Ms. Karthika. It was really well organized and we enjoyed a lot. Starting from airport pickup and departure back to airport all well organized. We have enjoyed in Langkawi island, place suggested by Ms. Karthika was really super. In-fact 1 day as scheduled, we have not gone to sight seeing. but they have arrange to see the place another day instead. all the people where very kind and totally it was a memorable trip in my life. Dexter Travel Solutions were very prompt with the booking, travel arrangements and ensured we had a smooth and comfortable travel. Made us feel special by having the local contact talk to us and ask if we were having any issues to be addressed. The hotels we were put in were conveniently located, spacious to accommodate a family and was hygienic. Srilanka is blessed with bountiful nature and a rich culture and Dexter Travels helped us explore parts of Srilanka in a hassle free way. Thank you to the Dexter team.
We had a nasty suprise when we landed in KL for our honeymoon. My wife and I, newly married, landed in KL on 10th Aug morn @ 6:15AM and didn't get any accomodation until the same eve @ 7:30PM which was in Awana resorts below the Genting Highlands. This was least expected, especially when we book through a premium holiday people (ThomasCook India). Luckily that was the only glitch on our tour, which was otherwise the most lovely and memorable times of our lives.
The travel experience has been good. Your partners were there in Malaysia and Singapore on time to pick us up and show us around.Hotels were fair enough but could be improved by giving more options to customers to choose from.Overall tour has been satisfactory and my family , especially children enjoyed it.
We had very good experience right from the marketing people to travel managers. They clarified all my doubts asked by me.
At first I was worried thus this was my first visit to India. But the travel tour gave us a very warm welcome and they provided me what I needed like gave me a sim card, driver who can speak English and Tamil, hotel were very good. I am very happy though there were some small misunderstanding between the driver. Overall I am very happy and shared my experience with my friends and family. I has introduce Indian Panorama to my office and even my boss. After visiting India I had learned many aspect of people and learned to value food.
The hotels provided were not as per the promise or the price paid. Some were utterly substandard.
We were enjoyed very much in singapore. pick and drop, hotel facilities, food etc every thing was good and satisfactory. Bat, we face some problems in malesia. Food was not arranged while more from singapore to malesia. Some times food pick&drop was not properly arraged in malesia. There we felt little bit bad.
It would have been a great hassle-free 5D-4N trip through Tamil Nadu with the help of Dexter Travel who arranged for everything from hotels, to van and driver. The only blotch to the whole experience was the choice of hotel in Tanjore. The hotel was so sub-standard, linens were dirty, no wifi in the room, towels had to be requested, the receptionist also acted as bellboy, the list goes on. The other hotels were okey.

The package and service was overall good. However it would have been helpful if one had more information on the travel time between destinations,an approximate budget of the entrance ticket prices in the travel itinerary .this would enable one to either skip tourist sites or plan travel accordingly. For us it was rushed from one place to another. We want to be relaxed on a holiday.... The hotel in Colombo was a bit unsatisfactory in terms of the room given- maybe that was a bad room!!! It will be great if you can provide the options of two three travel agents and the feedback you have received for them by old customers so that future customers can make right decisions else it will lead to the loss of faith on the part of Hello Travels.
Trip was good but lots of mismatch from what was promised 1)Room was said to be Deluxed room and was charged for the same. But the room provided was standard room. And we had lots and lots of issues with the Hotel we had to change the room 3 times in 5 days for one reason or other. 2) Agents promised us individual transfer from airport to hotel and vice versa - but the itenary said SIC. and we got the Bus for the transfer- this is not expectable 3) Agents promised us not more than 2-3 people more in the excursion but all the excursion were more than 25 people and so much of waiting time. Please make the promise which you can deliver. I have 2 infants with me and had tough time due to hotel mismanagement.
our vacation of UAE was great..yes different travel agents contacted me but i chose Dexter travel solutions...who furthur arranged our trip with North tour travel agent of dubai...although everything was pre arranged and pre paid..but due to certain confusion between these agents we have to suffer and we have to paid extra money of 215 dh which was not earlier told in the package detail..the manager Mr. Umer of North tour travel was not at all hospitable..and we felt a kind of mental harrasment there..i had already submmitted my feedback to Dexter travel solutions..and now i am giving feedback to you..hope u will certainly take an action on it..and will report me on that.. Initialy created problem with flight ticket bookings but rest all good, they booked decent and good accommodation.
Hi, 1) Arrival at Singapore on 6.00 AM and left on raods till 2.00 PM was a shocker !! Hotel room keys were made avaliable only by 3.00 PM. Understanbly internation check in time is 2 PM but hotels can be made to negociate on bulk booking as per flight arrival. Full 8 hours on road with out wshing was waste of tour time. 2) Free days agenda should be made aware to the passengers so as to effectively utilise their tour time. 3) tight food timings at hotels in Singapore and Malasia is not convinent. 4) Buffet food at places ohter than the saty hotels is like feeding hungry goats and pigs. With indian mentality of no tolerance and patience it is free for all situation. (look at the wastage of food...!!!) 5) Applause to the event managers and tour guides for putting up a brave face and on pinnacle of patience..hats off. 6) For a $ more I would prefer personalised travel rather be a part of goat hoard......
Worst experience with with this Dexter travels paid Rs 19500 for one day in Chennai for hotel and local sight seen and pickup drop while others are offering same package in 11999. I will never choose this travels again or recommend to some one before reaching to Chennai all things are finalise in 16000 but 3500 taken extra from me at last moment. The Malaysia tour was OK, if not great. But, Singapore trip was really horrible. We never want to remember it in our life time. Everything was messed-up by their local agent. He was not only irresponsible, but also rude and arrogant. Fed up with his service, we did not undertake the last day city tour. A detailed feed back was submitted to the tour operators after our arrival back.
One of the worst travel agents I have ever come across!! Planned a much needed vacation with them to Thailand, initially very nice and cooperative to accomodate our requests. After transferring the money, we had to repeatedly call to get the tickets and vouchers. Just before our travel, the agent who made our bookings leaves the company and we are put onto inexperienced and careless staff who can barely communicate to answer our queries. Despite calling several times before the trip, none of the staff including the so called MD - Sharanya are unable to answer all our queries regarding visa, transfers etc. Despite all this, since we had taken the tickets and made the bookings we went ahead only to realize that the visa on arrival was such a long procedure and such short interval between flights to actually get it done. We were not told about the charges or the need to carry the passport size photos to complete the formalities. We almost missed the connecting flight to Phuket. After going through all these hardships, we reach the hotel only to to be told that the room is not ready. After a night of sleepless travel and stress we are made to wait in the lobby for two hours to get the rooms. this too I had requested the dexter staff that we ll need the room to freshen up before we set out for sight seeing. The rooms despite giving clear instructions that we want neat and classy rooms they book us into dirty hotels with no facilitities both in Bangkok and Pattaya. Dexters clearly ruined our vacation. They are a bunch of inexperienced people who can hardly communicate and are very good at cheating innocent customers. write to me for more details - drpm87@yahoo.com. Not satisfied bcoz till I didn't start the trip and didn't make the payment they were good in response but after that there was no proper response and moreover the person who organized the trip for mehas left the job with no info to me and they said they have booked ac room in thekkady but it wasn't booked and that hotel management also nt good. At night power cut I was keep callinf reception and home service but no response. And while check out to pick my luggage was kept calling both places nobody answered the call in hotel sandra palace, thekkady.
You connected me to Dexter Travel Solutions , Chennai. At the onset I had told them to quote the total nett price for a trip to Malaysia and Singapore. After discussions we agreed to a Total price Rs.2,06,400.After confirming the price and paying Rs. 90,000/- as advance Mr. Kartik and Mr. Satishcalled me and asked me to pay Rs. 1500 extra per person as they said the promotional offer by the airways had been withdrawn suddenly. After furthur discussions they agreed to arrange the trip for the abvoe agreed price. We went and have nothing much to say about the trip arrangements since we were SHOCKED when we reached Sngapore Airport to return back to India. We found out at the Check in counter that the travel agent had bought the low cost air ticked with out any luggage facility and we were asked to pay $300 per person for our luggage. Some how we with lot of embarresment had to carry luggage as hand baggage but inspite of our best efforts had to Rs. 5000/- towards luggage. Immediately on my return I contacted both Mr. Satish and Mr. Kartik personally they promised to discuss with their boss and arrange for the refund of Rs. 5000/- which I was forced to pay. I had informed them that I felt cheated and where in the world would any family go without carrying any luggage. They went on promising me and also sms me that the matter was being discussed and they would revert soon. Sudenly I am not able to contact any of them as according to their office Mr. Kartik has left the job and Mr. Satish has gone on long leave. They have been dragging this matter and finally there is no body to answer me. I am writing this to you as a last resort and also warning all future customers of Dexter Travels to be careful while dealing with such type of travel agents and also request you not to suggest Dexter Travels in future to any person.
