poor service, poor hotel, smelling room, not satisfactory

worst experience with the agent, did not provide the same what was said at the time of booking.lot to say but right now i don't have that much time.i can say in short-term if i get time,i will lodge a complaint in consumer forum / right forum to get him blacklisted.
