I am very happy to provide this feedback, words are way too less to explain the impeccable experience I just had. Despite the inhumanly hour that I had called - everything was just simply fantastic, be it the tone, the pitch, the empathy, the niceties, trust me - everything was just way too good to be put down and broken down into words. The arrangements were very good. The airport pick-up, drop, hotel transfers and city tour were excellently planned and managed very professionally by Mr. PAL and for this I will give 10 out of 10. If given an opportunity, I would personally like to thank Manish, Pal, Chitra and Agustin for the assistance and all the drama you handled J. My trip was made on a fabulous note, just hope the good will carries on.

with colourful vacations ..good one ..

We had opted for a tour for Singapore with cruise for celebrating our 25th marriage anniversary from your website. You have referred us colorful vacation for that tour. We got that package from them for 5 persons for Rs 5,10,000/- (From 24.8.14 to 3.9.14). The tour managed by them was highly unsatisfactory. The commitments made by them were partially fulfilled. Cheapest tour operator/transporters were arranged for us who did not turn up to receive at airport and the person to be contacted at Singapore did not answer the calls. We were picked up from airport after an hour. The commitment was for early check in in the hotel but no early chek in was allowed. King size Beds room were committed in the package whereas only one king size bed room was given and the others were ordinary. Eight events were committed to us at Santosa island but only 5 events tickets were provided to us and three events tickets i.e Butterfly park, Insect Kingdom and 4D majik show tickets were not procured for us. when asked tele phonically from Colourful vacation people from Singapore, they told me to purchase tickets yourself and you will get refund on return. Not only that, For one of the exibit we were paid cash by the transporter to buy tickets our self Instead of arranging tickets for us for that events. Accordingly you are requested not to recommend the name of colorful vacation as this spoils your company's credibility and trust also. Also you are requested to remit our dues for not arranging three event tickets as mentioned above otherwise we will have to approach the consumer court. With Regards Bharat Bhushan Puri

hi Please its a request to you that never ever recommend Colorful Vacations Pvt Ltd. They just fool you with their big big talks and charge you extra for nothing. I had a worst experience ever.

the experience was pathetic i have complaint against the colorful vacation i will not suggest any 1 to work with colorful vacation as they are cheat and will make u fool at the end of the day when u were about to make payment they increase the amount and u r left with no choice they did the same with me i want u to delist them from your listing as they are spoiling your name also

I had a bad experience with Colorful vacations, Delhi, which is the agency recommended by you. 1. I had a booking for 3pax Singapore and Malaysia package with an agrement of Hotel in triple bedded are family room. But they provided double bed room only in all the hotels. I forced pay the extra money for third bed with my own because local travel agency told that, they have order only for double bed rooms only. Pl. note that I paid for 3 adults. 2. I have not provided with cable car tickets in Genting Islands bur as per my contract it is to be provided. 3. I have not provided with out door theme park coupons worth of 180RM in malaysia.
