the coordinator of the tour mr. soumyadeep is an excellent person.the entire tour of zuluk n doars was organised by him n the hotels rooms are so nice, foods are too tasty as well.as far as transportation is concerned then must add here that each vehicle has in good condition and the driver specially, hari bhai is so charming. we covered sillerygaon,padmachin,zuluk,gnathang valley, babamandir, kupup lake, aritar, murti, garumara, jaldapara, jhalong n bindu in 7 n 8 days tour. trust they r best

We have booked Old Silk Route. Stay in Aritar,Padamchen, Zuluk & Sillery Gaon 1 night each. Our tour operator CLASSIC HOLIDAY MAKERS made our tour very comfortable with reasonable price. Our pick up from NJP, sightseeing , all transfers and drop at NJP was done via a good condition Bolero car with SILK ROUTE specialist driver cum guide. The owner of Classic Holiday Makers Mr. S. I had a great experience with hallotravel. 1st of all they suggested me one of the best travel agent (classic holiday makers) for this east Sikkim tour. 1. The package was resealable price within my budget. 2. All the homesatys provided to me were excellent by the delax room quality and food quality. 3. Best was our car driver. Very helpful and well maintained car was provided. 4. They have provided me the flexibility to choose my hotels and customise the site scene tours by my choice.

Nice Arrangement by Classic HM for the entire tour. Specially respoded tel calls during our tours.Driver of the Car which we avail in our entire tour is very nice behaving. Home stay are good except at Lungthung . It is not at all suitable for staying at such an high altitude. There is no electricity , windows are curtain less ,Bathrooms are small without Basins.No hot water facilities. so I request to change the Lungthung Homestays which is now under your contact and switch over to a good one.

The trip was amazing we covered most of the places as per itinerary.Due to the weather issue the itinerary but the team managed well and we all loved the trip starting from hotel food driver everything was perfect .i recommend the travel comapny for sikkim trip .

A pleasant experience we had for four days in the lap of Himalayan hills and amidst it's extraordinary natural beauty. With a nice accompany of beautiful homestays, savouring foods, extremely helpful driver we spent our holiday trip at it's best. Time has flown since we returned from our visit to Silk Route in September but we did want to thank Classic Holiday, and especially Mrs. Sumitra Pradhan who organised everything, and our great driver Umesh, for such an excellent short tour before we stayed put for two weeks in a home stay of Himalaya (Sillery), Chitiz (Aritar) and lamakhang (Lower Zuluk). Everything was perfect: a very efficiently planned schedule, an itinerary perfectly adapted to what I wanted to see, Many thanks to you Classic Holiday.

service was good. agent, mr. soumyadeep was very nice person and was helpful for every queries. one thing i should share. if someone have plan to go zuluk via padamchem, they should not stay at zuluk. the atmosphere in zuluk for staying is worst. they should stay at padamchem (just 8-10km, 25-30 mins journey). the homestay at padamchem is very good (my openion is best). overall journey with the help of our agent (classic) was good (8/10). another thing, that mobile networks are rare available.

It was 5D/4N trip from NJP - Sillery Gaon - Phadamchen - Zuluk - Nathang Valley - Kupup - Aritrar - NJP. At Sillery Gaon they provide us Alisha Home stay and the experience was quite good. At Phadamchen they provide us Dewachen Home stay. Booth room and food quality were good. At Zuluk they are supposed to provide us Newlite Home stay. Unfortunately at the spot they provide us some other Home Stay instead of Newlite and quality of the room was not good. At Aritrar they provide us Hotel Chittiz

Quite good experience in local cab arrange by classic holiday makers. Hotels in aritar and phadamchen are good with their warm welcoming behavior. but home stay in nathang valley and sillery gaon are needs some improvement. Over all quite good experience with tour arranged by classic holiday. My best wishes with them & may planning for my next vacation trip with them

Aritar ( Hotel Chittiz) Good Experience: · Staying · Bedroom & Bathroom cleaned · Food quality · Hot water as and when required Bad Experience · Nil 1. Zuluk ( New lite Homestay) Good Experience: · Staying · Room / bathroom was moderate cleaned Bad Experience · No Geyser ( Though it was mentioned geyser was available. However during our stay no electricity was available most of the time) · Food quality 1. Phadmachen ( Dewachen) Good Experience: · Staying excellent · Room / bathroom excellent · Food excellent · Hospitality excellent Bad Experience · Nil 1. Echegaon (Passang Homestay) Good Experience: · Nil Bad Experience · Location of Staying on very upper side of that area and we have to walk a lot with luggage. And need to take porter for carrying luggage too @ cost Rs. 150/- · Bathroom not properly cleaned · Food quality was not good · Service was too bad · Hot water not provided when required. · Hospitality not good · Fire camp was arranged just below the room and our bedroom was full of smoke till 11 PM at night and disturbed a lot. I personally want to make tour with Classic again and also recommend my friends also. I expect based on my feedback, Classic will improve the weak / bad area of service. In Aritar Staying was not up to the mark

We really had a good trip and thanks for your perfect itinerary.
PROS:
a. Perfect itinerary for 3 Nights stay.
b. Driver had really good attitude & his driver skill was exceptional.
c. Stay at Nathang Valley & Aritar was comfortable & clean.
d. I would appreciate the hospitality in both Nathang Valley homestay & Aritar hotel.
e. I had been to God?s own country, Kerala but Sikkim is really the best.

Just returned from a wonderful tour of offbeat location of Sikkim. Many thanks to our travel agency Classic Holiday for making the memories more remarkable. Dey Babu whose organisational skills were exceptional the Home stays is in the midst of forest. It was totally away from the crowd that we expected.

They organised our tour very well. very cooperative and helpful. reasonable cost. Would like to ask them to arrange other tours in future.Recommend them to all.

Classic holiday arrangement was nice.but the driver was not at all knowledgeable about the places to be shown.home stays arranged at sellary gaon(Alisha),zuluk(palzor),phadamchen(dewachen) very good except Aritar(chittiz) whose service not upto mark but rooms were good.also the owner Ms Sumitra Pradhan who lacked guest well being as I have to go by auto from Siliguri junction as without our knowledge car was altered & he was told to drop till Siliguri junction though we paid for NJP.

Sillerigaon and reshikhola stay was very good. But in Padamchen the stay place was altered and not good... and we were not informed either... Price of the package is also on higher side...

i think need more professionalism....this time we have faced a lot of problm from day 1 to day 5....and lastly be alert from ramesh driver.

not a very pleasant experiance.our room at aritar was already given to someone else.we had to hop from one hotel to another for a room. finally they arranged a room for us in another hotel.the car came very late the next day as a result our program was delayed and reached phadamchen at a pitch dark night.the driver had no idea about the route,hence we had to ask local people at every moment.the driver also did not have any knowledge about the sightseen therefore missed many.he had no idea about

Not stick to the promises,No room arrangement provided in zuluk.Nobody takes responsibility about that.Same things happened in Rolep. Also the homestay provided in Sillerygaon was worst.
