recently ,we visited kedarnath ,badrinath and tungnath from rishikesh ,our travel agency was city walk holiday ,it is one of best travel agency in uttrakhand run by mr vishwajeet ,we took 5days package ,the hotel and fooding provided by this agency was awesome, the driver mr.bipin was a experienced driver and very friendly with us ,he helped us as a guide as well ,i think no travel agency in whole uttrakhand will provide a package at such a low cost ,it was a pleasure to take package with city

availed the package from city walk holidays for 2 nights bhimtal and 2 nights kausani. lake inn hotel at bhimtal was nice .location was good. tasty food and co operative staff. hotel himvadi resort at kausani was also good . location was good but it is not maintained. food was also good. taxi provided to us was also good. tour operator remained in our touch throughout the trip we will give 5 out of 5

dear citywalk holidays, first of all i want to thank u for all your help with organizing this family trip for us on such a short notice. everything was great, we got all rooms next to each other. the car pick and drop was good, the cottage in bhimtal was nice and had great service. the resort in corbett was ok but the food was great. the safari to corbett was really amazing and we got to see so many animals despite the weather being really hot. we had so much fun in this short trip thanks to ci

it is regarding the mussorrie trip. we travel as a group of 4 with an infant. it was good experience with your service but the booked hotel (hotel hill queen) good . though hotel hill queen having good rooms and the food in the hotel was so nice and other all services were good including the cab driver sandeep. i'll recommend ur agency. thanks to mr. vishwa for planning my trip i will give 5 star out of 5 thanks & regards kusum

Recently we visited Nainital,kasauni ,Rani khet with family and Friends. We booked packaged tour program from citywalkholidays... They had booked good hotels at bhimtal and kasauni within budget , foods are also very good in hotels. We enjoyed entire tour without any tention due to their good and professional service. Hi, Vishwa Jeet Singh organised the Mussoorie - Jim Corbett - Nainital tour very well. He was very helpful and co-operative even though we had to cancel trip of a few of our co-tourists. He was open to suggestions from our side to include / delete some places of sightseeing. He was in constant touch with us during our tour, inquiring if things are going on smoothly. We were total three travellers which was me (arpit shiradkar) and my friends raj shinde and naikaj shiradkar we came in contact with the CEO of city walk holidays( vishwajeet thakur) in dehradun who made sure that our trip would be adventurous as well as safe .. the hotels provided by him were just amazing and was economic also and we were accompanied by a very friendly driver ( rupesh bansal ) who not only drived to us to our view points but also gave vital information about the places we visit

Citywalk Holidays have organised tour for us for Nainital and Corbett, we enjoyed the full tour, They have covered most of the sightseeing in Nainital, In Jim Corbett we went for Jungle Safari it was very Good, VISWA from Citywalk is a very helpful person, he will take care of everything and he used to call daily to know how was the tour is going on, That is very helpful, Service provided by VISWA/Citywalk Holidays is excellent.

chardham yatra 2019 package as arranged by mr. vishwajeet was good covering all the char dhams with local sight seeing but hotels could have been better in the cost, i paid. car: - well managed indigo car. - well mannered & friendly driver (mr. rupesh). he treated us like his family members and took care of us very well. he know the route very well. - he is a great driver, best guide and above all, a good human being. hotels: - budget hotels. - good food in almost all hotels. - hot water avail

I want to register a official complaint against Citywalk Holidays as they have not returned my excess amount of INR 2400/- paid to them. They have acknowledged that they will return the amount but inspite of repeated reminders the amount is still not received which is unprofessional and amounting to fraud.
