Hotel accommodation/meals were not good also they gave us the backside room. Transportation from Delhi to Manali from Volvo was good. Transportation further from Manali to mani Karan and Rohtang pass was average.

Very bad experience. Horrible as it was badly managed. Though confirmed voucher given but hotel was cancelled over phone next. New hotel its name was even Lodge very far off from Mall Road substituted after taking money from pax. Then travel arrangement was poor as bus departure time given in writing as 0615 pm but bus left 0515 pm. Horrible experience. No buffet breakfast and dinner as promised. No bed tea as confirmed vide voucher what more to express.
