Very Bad experience sort of cheated us in terms of the Hotels offered specially in Nuwara Eliya it was worst than a dormitory terrible service & food what was mentioned was a 3 star property from the overall experience I don't think it was even a 1 star property specially with mosquitoes & insects filled the room would not want to comment anything on the food as its not worth commenting as it was that bad. Driver Saman was very good he was more looking at customer satisfaction than the clock.

The hotel in Kandy was also pretty bad. AC not working in most of the rooms as there were other customers also complaining about the same at the reception uneducated staff totally clueless on the standard a 3 star property should offer. The hotel in Negombo was Superb. Hotel Goldi Sands amazing property cant compare the others with this property everything bout it was awesome rooms, food, pool & service no complaints about Goldi Sands at all. Over all I would give this tour a 2 star (very poor)
