Manali pacakge was good, reasonable. They arranged hotel for us it was good but the hospitality from the staff from hoyel was not that much good.

Awesome Trips managed the whole journey very well and were always there in case of any need. We were free of any head ache for arranging vehicles, permissions, food in hotel, late check-in, etc. They provide you hotel as per your package, just select the hotels of your choice if you are confirmed about the services, or else leave it to them, they will provide best hotel as per your package 4 night 5 days trips. <br><br> I loved the budget hotel in Manali, specially their food. I would miss the iety of breakfast and their early morning services. I would also miss the company of our Cab Driver, who was very friendly through out our journey. He had very good knowledge of roads and hotels from Chandigarh to Manali. He needed some guidance in Delhi local site seeing but that was manageable through google map. <br><br> I would look forward to Awesome Trips and Resu Madam of Awesome trips for holiday trips in North India. Special note, planning for Manali you may cut down your hectic journey from Delhi to Manali, by planning your trip from Chandigarh or first visiting Shimla and then to Manali. Take foods in regular interval and drink enough water.

I travel to Shimla on 7 to 9 may 2016 and I booked my trip by awesome trip Shimla and Ms. Ranjana Thakur from awesome trip is so polite and have good attitude toward guest satisfaction as she called me upon my arrival to Chandigarh and she called every day to follow up my travel schedule and she help me at all time and second day of my tour awesome trip team met me and given us surprised gift to my family it was nice experience and awesome team is really great team .

Trip was well planned and all hotels except at Dharamshala were very good and cab was also in good working condition. Our special request for Jain Food was also taken care of. Nice to travel next year.

Now i would like to share my experience with Awesome trip. as my Trip with Awesome trip. they make it really awesome. they booked our hotel in Shimla & Manali. in Shimla our hotel is Satyam Paradise the hotel is very neat & clean. we reached in hotel at 4.00am morning. hotel staff is very co operative. food is very delicious. We are 12 people in family Awesome trip provide us a Tempo Traveler with Driver. Driver name Is Mr.Surinder. he is also very good person. he drive very safely. He is also co operative person. In Manali our hotel is "Rockland" which is surrounded by mountain. hotel is in very good location. it's far from Manali market approx 4-5km. but we enjoy our stay in hotel Rockland. Awesome trip also organized DJ party & bonfire in Manali. we enjoy dance party in open ground with family members for 2hours after. it was nice arrangement..but it becomes more joy full if dance party arrange in hotel. like big hall were sitting arrangement available. all in all it was nice experience with Awesome Trip. I defiantly recommended Awesome Trip to my friends ...family members...colleges.. if in future I planned to visit Himachal I would like to book my trip with Awesome Trip.

1. Travelling in the vehicle(force traveller) was comfortable.
2. Driving by the driver(Mr.Anil) was good.
3. Hotel at Manali was very nice and the service at the hotel "Rajput Royal Cottage" was amazing.
4. Food at both the hotels was good.

Negative points-

1.Reaching the hotel "satkar" at shimla was difficult.
2.Condition and infrastructure of the hotel "satkar" was horible.
3.Stay at hotel Satkar at shimla was miserable due to non-availabilty of water and supply of dirty beddings. And also the condition of the hotel was unhygenic.
4.Driver was not so cooperative and was rude.
5.The manager of the "Awesome Trips" could not manage for a comfortable stay/trip for us at shimla.

As discussed with Mr Manoj and Ms Reshu Singh, Awesome Trips has since discontinued it's business tie up with "Hotel Satkaar", Shimla because of their poor services provided to us during one day stay in the hotel on 14th May, 2016. 3. Having considered the action reported to have been taken by Awesome Trips in the matter, as mentioned above, the overall Rating of the travel agent M/s Awesome Trips Pvt. Ltd. may be considered 4 Star (****) as against 3 Star (***) considered in my last feedback on 22.05.2016. Our travel was very good and well organised. Everything was very handy and did not face any problem during the tour.

Super Trip of Shimla & Manali.

Arranged ourselves (7 mebers group) . Stayed at Babloo's Homestay at Khajuraho, Nauri purva. Very nice, polite family. food was homely cooked and tasty. Arranged in 3 rooms .nice , pleasant, open terrace location and away from crowded. He arranged vehicles for Chitrakoot , Panna safari, Orchha, pick-up and drop from Jhansi station.Babloo and his family helped by all means and took care to make our tour memorable. We suggest to tourist to stay at Babloo's homestay if you are visiting Khajuraho. No doubt it is not a luxurious stay,but very nice.

Very good service provided by this tour operator. The package rate was much reasonable. Nicely handled our tour request and was easy to reach over phone.

it was v.good except experience at pine cone hotel, shimla was horrible....

Our experience in Manali was ruined by the hotel (Gautam cottage) provided to us. As in nothing was wrong with the room service but it fell short of amenities especially the room heater which made it an ordeal for us during the nights and hence we had to reduce one entire day from our package (and yes unfortunately we had to pay the full amount for the package). On the contrary hotel in Shimla was reasonably good but yeah quite far off from the city. So overall our experience was not that good.

The agent whom I was communicating was good(Mansi). Hotels allocated in Delhi are not clean. We have taken deluxe package but hotels given to us are not good except in shimla. Cab driver is not upto the mark.

first of all the guy who contacted me dont have any idea about the places which he made the plan how much time it will take to reach the place and whether we can cover the place or not..!!..when we landed to delhi the entire plan got changed..but i appreciate the response from the team that they helped to change the plan and helped in booking hotels accordingly..!!..but this should not happen when we reach the airport..!!..the hotels which the booked was very worst..we are really disappointed

i have selected awesome trip for gift to my relatives. they have not made arrangements properly. first day delhi sight seeing is not done properly as driver has given excuse of duty time but no where in the itinerary mentioned about time limit. honeymoon arrangements they have not done saying that it's complimentary and they are not able to do that. major is that they have committed assured gift for booking person but they have not send any gift till now. they only know how to say sorry.

it was one of the worst experiences. hardly anything promised was delivered. they charged me for kullu sightseeing and return volvo fare but didn't provide me the same. i spent another 20000 from my own pocket apart from the package money and asked them to refund me partially for the return bus fare atleast, but they didn't refund a single rupee. i felt cheated and misguided really. will never recommend anyone.

Hotel , room service all are extremely perfect with good hospitality but the can and the driver arranged by the awesome tours and travels is very bad. Driver is so rude, misbehaved like any thing he has spoiled my entire trip he is not stopping anywhere not respecting the traveller very bad experience please don't book a package here they are not only sweet until they collect money from me. After that their behaviour is so bad. Worst experience I had ever in my life.please book your own cab there is lot of good driver and package they spoiled our entire tour.

It was a hell trip with awesome trips. I was completely disappointed with the management and the facility which was provided to me. Also there was a cheating with the plan which was given to me. It was a horrible trip. I will give 0 rate to this but there is no option so I have to give 1*

We had faced so many problems with "Awesome Trips". This is very poor service agent, anybody please ignore this agent for your trip in future. This is totally fraud type agent. They serve us very poor services like rooms & foods. Their representative Mr. Ashok is not a good person.

I had a very worst experience with Awesome Trips, which you have recommended. I shall suggest everyone not to book your trips with Awesome Trips. They do not justify their promises and one has to adjust only during the whole trip.
