The overall experience with AITH was really very good though there were some hindrance here and there. The hotel bookings were as promised and really impressive,where as they must improve their logistics above par. Their pricing was very reasonable and attractive.Last but not the least,thanks Mr.Amrendra for providing utmost care and assistance throughout our trip.

I used the travel agent in the hotel and they did fine. Noticed that their rates were lower than all the prices quoted to me online, and that's from a five-star hotel too!
Not bad,however I had to regularly make contact with them as I was not getting feedback and confirmation from them regarding confirmation of my hotels and flight bookings.. it all was great they honored the package as promised..
Their service very good.. All the hotel book by our agent also quit nice.

It was excellent but they have given me bus driver was crazy and there is something hiding in when you give the prices. We are happy with hotels but not the transport system.
Was met at airport by agent. was well presented and polite. driver selected for tour was a bit slow and could not understand us very well. hotel at delhi was good but did not have very good menu for children. rooms were ok. hotel at jaipur was excellent and would recommend to family and friends. menu was good and staff were very friendly towards children and helpful. hotel in agra was not up to standard, had strange smell in rooms and was not as clean as could be. would not stay there again.all tour guides were very good at there jobs and knew their histories. only bit i did not like was that we ended up going to markets to buy stuff regardless if we wanted to or not. overall was an excellent tour but driver could have been more friendly and be able to converse with us in english so he could have understood our wishes better. had only one speed regardless of talking to us or driving to destination----SLOW. did tick me off a bit and had to keep requesting him to get a move on. Altogether was an enjoyable trip but has room for improvement. Thank You Kul
very bad experience with All India Tourism Hub . there is no given us which they promise ant facilities also they demand us after we arrive in India another 40 thousand Indian Rupees for tourist Bus . Tour guide doesn't have an guide license too. guide can specking only Hindi he cant enplane any location.finally everything is disappointing us. We lost our customers very badly. Please Don't promote this company again, They don't have Tourist experience , They Don't have tour guide (no Licence) don't know how to treat the the passengers. very very, bad company.
We had the worst experience with the travel agent. All false information and false promises. Never will I chose this again nor will I recommend this to anyone.
We have had a few problems with All India Tourism Hub. They have recognised the issues concerned eg. Delhi trip was wasted as on Monday all the monuments booked were cancelled ( apparently all monuments in delhi are closed on Monday.), We also had issues with 5 Star Hotels ( we paid for these ) but got 3 Star Hotels, we also got 1 Bed between 3 Adults ( Husband/Wife and our 13 Year Old Daughter ) - we had paid for triple rooms ? We had problems with driver not available/willing to drive us after tours ( all before 6.00 p.m. ???). Overall we were disappointed with the level of services. We are seeking compensation - we have written to them - they have agreed to pay ???? but we are waiting .
