Overall experience is "Superlative" wrt exp, daily systematic procedure, excellent time keeping,very good handshake with the local Service providers across 2 countries,close f/u daily to know the going, local time flexibility for early morning and stretched evening, route within the framework of the Rangers.

Hospitality is 5*plus in remote locations, wrt courtesy, service,housekeeping, menu to suit Indian taste buds, escort security in specific location,etc. Would like to use their services again if there is a need.

Always a dream of mine...to visit Africa. Beverly did an excellent job turning my dream into reality and I can't thank her enough for her patience and suggestions! We must have exchanged a hundred emails and Beverly was always quick to answer my questions. From the moment we arrived in Kenya, everything was set. Even after our luggage didn't show up and we were 2 hours late leaving the airport (at 2:00am!) Beverly and her driver were still waiting there to greet us! Amazing. Each leg of the trip Beverly was sure to call and ensure things were progressing smoothly and if we were having a good time. Any small issues that came up were rectified immediately and the entire trip was a blast. We spent the first part of the trip at Masai Mara and it was spectacular! So amazing to see the animals and be up close and personal. The second part was spent on the coast in Mombasa, which was a complete change from the safari, but relaxing nonetheless. And last but certainly not least, Lamu. I fell in love with the place and felt completely grounded and at peace there. I can not wait to visit Africa again, and will definitely be contacting Beverly to help me plan it all out! Thank you Beverly!
