I am summing up my opinion on the basis of these facts. 1. I got the booking through Xenium Holidays.The rate they quoted was paid by me.But I got following problem. I was promised a welcome drink ,but not given because as per hotel staff, it was not part of package.I complained the matter to my agent but nothing came out. 2. I was give a two days sight seeing package by AC Coach but second day we were provided non ac coach. On protest by traveler Rs.50/- was refunded (the difference between AC and NON ac) which was not proper. 3. In sight seeing package Anjuna beach/ Calungut beach was not visited.Our request was not entertained.We requested to give more time on another beach when Anjuna and callungut beach was omitted but not entertained. 4. Breakfast ,provided ,in the package was most ordinary?.pury bhaji/bread butter/and some south indian BF. How ever dinner was ok. 5. When i reached the hotel and enquired the same package for my friend, I was quoted a lesser rate. So I felt that it is better to book directly with hotel. 6. Through out my stay period, i was kept on reminding that my travel agent has not paid the full money to hotel,for which i was not the guilty, as i had paid the 75% money to travel agent in advance and balance 25 % money, as per condition, was paid on arrival at hotel on very first day. It gave me an irritating feeling. On the basis of above I feel that It could have been better to book directly in stead of through agent. Goa is beautiful and memorable but it could have been more pleasant had these things not happened. This is my feedback prakash kumar

We have booked in Kerala for 4 star category hotels in Four Hotels, One hotel we got 3 Star and other hotels are not even a Two star category. And all the packages have been transferred to Spice Land Holidays Cochin. They are No 1 Cheats and Black mailers of Tourists in Kerala. Beware of This cheats before booking any packages.
