Very good experience

Trip was good room & transport was good also, food at cottage (zion kullu) like home but at hotel (out town) manali dinner was not good . Otherwise trip was good

Arrangement at manali hotel is poor ie naveen hotel

The village and valley tours and travels is fail to manage the tour according to their promises. hotels are good but dinner and breakfast are totally average. i suggest everyone to exclude the breakfast and dinner from package. The itinerary given in the package was not covered, there is some communication gape between village and valley office and taxi driver. all the time the driver was trying to skip locations and in a hurry to drop you at hotel.. misleading information and fake promises, what i have experienced. it was not a happy journey.. I totally disappointed with their service..

trip was not planned at all. there was no booking voucher given to me as it was asked at the hotel. Car Driver was terrible. He did not knew the ways. We found the with difficulty. He charged me extra for the travel.
