The best thing was the driver Mr. Arun who took us around maximum places and was very cooperative. I had to revise and include Madurai stay for a night in the trip at the last moment for which i was charged Fairly high. The rating above is for the driver primarily and secondarily for the travels. Will recommend them to my friends travelling.

I'm so glad in writing this review. The trip was so perfect and had great time with my family. I still mention my views in pro's and con's, so that it'll be better in improvising & helps in achieving and maintaining the service much better.

Pro's:
1. Driver - Good.
2. Rooms - Good.
3. Reaching in time for pick up - Awesome
4. Follow up - Good
5. Way of answering calls - Good.

Cons's:
1. Cab Condition - Average.
(I thought of writing good, But i couldn't due to minor issues we faced for nearly 1 hour in traffic due to some battery loose connection, which made the a/c, front light not working suddenly in hectic traffic condition) (It gave me the feel of risky to travel further within 20 kms from where i started.)
2. A/c - Average.
(There's leakage at certain times which made my luggage's to get wet in my travel & one of my cousin also got wet a bit who was sitting in back seat)
3. Speed of travel - Average.
(It shows 9 to 11 hours for travelling as per map. Even though there're traffic during some time, still the speed of the traveler was maximum 80km/hr, beyond that i'm not sure why it's not going up even in highways with less traffic. I requested driver many time to go at least in 90-100km/hr. Still he said it wont go that speed. Due to which i was travelling nearly 13 hours excluding tea & food breaks we took.
4. Way of booking - Average.
It would be better if u give more suggestions while booking rooms. Bcoz my grandma felt bit difficult to move 1st floor in our rooms every day. And since it's a family tour, I expected to stay with all of them together in one big suite. But it wasn't possible. Since it's my first tour for long that was not striking my mind too before booking the rooms. Anyways the rooms and the service people are still good for family & the breakfast too. Overall I can rate 3 to 3.5 out of 5 if I wanna rate the service.

The Hotels provided were not up to our expectations. However, Overall it was a smooth and joyful trip.

Its overall good and don't compare high budget with low budget. Treat all as one.

Worst tour operators

The travels which we used is not a very good experience for us. Since the rooms they provided us not at all looks clean. The driver which they arranged is not showed all the sight seeing places. He just passed the second day of our tour time by just showing only one spot and drop us in the railway station. Overall the tour experience is not upto our satisfaction.
