Very Coordial and Supportive people. Hotel Selection, specially at Kovalam and the House Boat needs more professionalism. Vehicle and the Driver provided was Very Good. Overall it was a wonderful experience at Kerala

The trip started from Kochi airport. Travel skype representative personally met me there. Then we proceeded for Munnar which is a very nice place. A big attraction is the Elephant Ride on the way . Munnar climate and atmosphere is good for the people specially with city life. The hotel Club 9 was not so good in terms of amenities, but the staff were very good and cooperating. Then we went to Thekkady, major attraction was the Jeep Safari and the shows, we like the Martial Arts show very much. Then we went to Allepey, the house boat movement was excellent admits the coastal backwaters. Overall trip was good and relaxing.

The agent was very helpful. All our requirements were clearly spelt out and understood by the agent and the complete tour was well co-ordinated. All the hotels, transport and services were excellent, except for the houseboat at Aleppy, which was bad. Overall the tour was well guided and enjoyable.

Mr Varghese was very helpful in arranging our entire trip, which all my family members enjoyed throughly. The hotels, resorts which were provided to us were very good. The vehicle provided was very good, except one of the drivers was not so knowledgeable about the roads in Kerala. Also if drivers could have some knowledge of the sight seeing points, which could be helpful to us. Even the house boat provided was very good & also the food. The only factor was a lot of time was spent in travelling by road & so we were tired. Any way thanks a lot .

Best service

Used Travel Skype to provide Toyota Innova for full 5 days. Agenbt represenatative Jiten Verghese was very courteous and tried to help the best he could. Car he organised was relatively new clean car with bucket seats as we had requested - unfortunately the driver was not to our spec. The driver was very courteous and tidy but coud hardlyspeak any English or Hindi - the langauges we knew. It was difficult even to explain to him as to what time we would want to meet him and where. He tried his best but he simply did not know the languages. We felt like foreigners in our own country. This put a shade on the whole trip.

Experience was not that good during trip as because our travel agent that is Travel Skype has a below line arrangements system, initially on the first day itself at kochi they ran out of vehicle for providing the trip though later they have arranged another vehicle from another travel agent but it was too late and was evening, they let us wait from morning till evening without prior notice. Another disregard for this travel agent group is that the person who was incharge of our arrangement Mr. Nitin Paul is the most lazy travel provider I have ever seen, while taking money he is super active but at the time of giving you the documents of the trip he is zero. I had my kerala trip on January and before starting I have told him very clearly that we will need some documents regarding the trip as well as the vehicle which we were using, he assured me full support but the ultimate result is that three months passed but I haven't got any documents with me regarding the trip. Initially he responded to calls that I made enquiring about documents but as time went by he is neither receiving call nor replying to the emails. I would like to conclude that my kerala trip was not that fruitful with this travel agent. Wouldn't recommend to others.
