It was an excellent experience traveling with Thomas Cook. Very well managed through a team of knowledgeable and well behaved tour guides.

Had a very good experience wid TC... good hotels,transportation provided and food as well. Would like to suggest TC not schedule Nubra and pangong back to back coz of the bad roads and long journey (it was quite tiring)

In particular, Thomas cook did well for early process, later process was not very well, whatever the additional request or queries I made, they didn't respond. Actual thing is I request them to add two kids in the package, I was ready to pay whatever the balance amount. Finally it couldn't take our two kids with us.
Thailand experience was very good except few things, local drivers are not so feasible to handle, some are arrogant. The remaining things were very good, The coral Island was also good, there also the people who manage and handling parachute game are not likely good to our expected level, overall experience is good.

Opted for online process which was worst experience happened with thomoscook online people.. No proper response from them before our departure. We didnt get any confirmation mail from them till the day before departure. we had to follow up for each n every thing Overall we had worst experience with online guys but trip was average bcs hotels which they booked was not up to mark n we have asked for separate vehicle but they didn't provide n we didn't get our money back as well..

When we reached Mauritius, everything was very smooth however; the experience we had while booking our trip with Thomas cook was horrible. There was no follow up on our travel. The travel agent was not reachable. Felt stuck.

We booked tour from Thomascook Bhopal.At the time of booking we were told that direct flight from Delhi to Bangkok will be given,instead they gave flight via KL and it took 10 hours to reach BKK .It was very tiring and against the promise. Also hotels alloted in Pattaya and Bangkok "All Season" were below standard,no proper rooms and vegetarian breakfast was served. I have informed Mr Apporva Agarwal at Bhopal,he informed his helpness. Thomas cook tours shall be so inorganised wsa never thought. You have taken about Rs 47500.00 per person and stay, flights food were horrible. Worst trip.thomas cook made hotel arrangements in all season hotels at paytaya and benkok. No vegerian breakfast and rooms were dirty. written to Thomas cook no satisfactory reply.they are worst and costly tour managers. Aboid them

Bad, I will never prefer travelling with Thomas cook in future.
