we are back home and trying to find a routine. Truly missing India and all the food. However, its always good to be back as there is no other place than home sweet home :) It was great to meet you and disappointing not to meet Minerva as we have worked so closely together to plan and get this trip in order. honestly I'm quite happy with your arrangement and schedule although there was minor hick-up on arrival at Delhi Airport for the hotel transit. Like to thanks for the service extended, especially by Rajinder and our tour driver, Devinder for making our trip wonderful. Yes, we have arrived safe and sound after a wonderful India trip. Firstly, I would like to commend Minerva ? who tirelessly worked with me in building the itinerary. She was always quick to respond and offer alternatives etc. She never complained about me making changes ? which I did quite a lot, and she was always available to take my calls or respond to emails. However, Minerva should have advised us of the Alleppy House Boats, and that it is very far from Luxury. The house boat experience was truly terrible ? and we were very disappointed, firstly with the fact that it was nowhere near luxury and secondly that it was not rectified by Mystic India. On the Operations side, we were quite impressed with Manav? up until the first serious thing went wrong, and we did not believe that it was managed to our expectations. However, for the rest of the trip, Manav ? was good at taking our calls and resolving aspects for us. In Jodpur, where I made a terrible choice of accommodation, he quickly found us an alternative place ? which was definitely more to our liking. Any questions that I had, or aspects that I needed confirmed ? Manav was quick to respond and feedback. I would use Mystic India again ? I was very happy with Minerva and Manav. I have recommended Mystic India to my family and friends.

My travel took place as arranged by mr Deepak.places visited were of interest. hotels booked gave good service as per their rating. Setbacks were i)strike. 2)car drivers, our only interacting person is the driver, we did not enjoy some drivers.driver used strike as excuse If they near home, site seeing is cut short for them to go home,religion also plays a part,Christian will show more churches. Way forward = we would like drivers to be monitored by our agents and agents must keep in touch with us. What annoyed us most was that we have to pay different and high entry fees to some places.

I had the best time of my life, Mystic India was the best tour guide ever, they were very hospitable,every query that we had it was just a phone call away and it was dealt very professionally , Manav and Mahek was the best they handle everything very well, The hotels they booked for us was very comfortable, The driver we had always put our needs before his, took us were ever we wanted to go, and never complained. Overall i will most Definately use this travel agent again and will recomend to all my family and friends to book Mystic India. When booking my trip Mahek was the best she handled every need and made changes to suite our needs , she is the best, We will be making plans to go next year again , same time same places. They were very prompt and helpful in arranging itinerary for tour in south India

Organization of travel (Manav): Simply excellent. I had a few offers and I chose yours because of the speed at which you answered, because you adapted to my requirements (even if at the end the train option was not possible) and, of course, because of the 5 star hotel upgrade in Jaipur. Calling us every day to see if things were going ok was a very nice detail that I had never seen even in much more expensive tours. Things to improve: The Budha hotel in Varanasi was not as good as the 3 star hotel in Agra or Delhi, worth thinking other options. The last day in Delhi I would have preferred to have the option of a guide. Perhaps at the end I would not have taken that option anyway (not for cost reasons but to go at our own pace) but I would ask that question to the next customer. Driver in the Golden Triangle (Ashok) Very good. He gave us good suggestions, he took us to see a few things and was very helpful all the time Guide in Jaipur (Manish) Good. Perhaps he could have stayed with us a little bit more and explain more stories but I guess he thought we wanted to see things on our own. Guide in Agra ("Manuel") Very good. Always taking care of us, taking many pictures of us and explained many things. Driver in Varanasi Good. We had very little interaction with him but he did his job (I think he spoke little english) Guide in Varanasi (Brij) Very extensive knowledge and passionate about the city. He should perhaps advise a little bit more tourists about the little streets in Varanasi because they can be hard for some people! But I liked it very much. Driver in Delhi He tried to explain a few things, not just drive, but his English level was not very good. I appreciate his effort though. Overall, we are very happy with Mystic India and wouldn't have any problem to recommend it to our acquaintances. Hope this is useful for you

You guyz have really made our trip to India so special. There was nothing for us to worry about. Everything was planned well and went well. A big thank you to you and Mystic India. Also thank you for the booking at the 5 star in Cochin. It was awsome indeed. Please can you send out thanks to the following people as well: Our driver in Chennai was just amazing. He was so friendly and caring and always jovial. I will never forget how special it was especially when we drove through Chennai and he would start singing in Tamil and we would all join in and just sing along and laugh :-)) He also said that if he heard those songs again that he would always remember our group. Mr Chandru in Bangalore was such a gentleman. He would always open the doors for us and would drive always with extreme care. Initially I was a bit concerned about our drive up to Ooty because of the roads but he was so good on the roads and always pleasant, patient and always cautious. He always ensured that we were comfortable and safe. Please thank your senior Manoo for us. He kept trying to keep in touch to see if everything was okay with us. Even though we had a problem with our phones, he would go out of his way to try and contact our drivers or hotel to reach us. Also please pass on our gratitude and appreciation for the lovely dinner at the Emerald hotel. Bharvie last but not least thank you for everything. I will keep recommending your company to all those that are travelling to India. You did an excellent job. Also thank you for also keeping in touch with us whilst we were travelling through India. It makes a huge difference when you get a lovely phone call just to see if alls okay whilst you travelling. Its something family members do....it felt like we were in our homeland with family taking care of us. PS : I posted you a little gift to say thank you for everything from just outside Ooty. Please let me know when you get it. It is something small. Once again thank you for everything from myself and my family. We really enjoyed our holiday. Hi. We confirmed our travel with Mystic India. They did a great job on the itinerary for our tour from Delhi-Jammu-Katra Amritsar-Delhi. Deepak and Manav were honest about our enquiries and guided us along the way before we finally confirmed the bookings with them. They also gave a personal touch by calling us during our trip just to make sure that everything was fine. We had a great time anf and will definately recommend Mystic India for a hassle free and vslue for money tour. We had a great time and would definitely recommend their servuces for those wanting to have a hassle free and value for money tour.

Via Hello travel I was introduced to Mystic Tours. Mr Deepak Choudhary helped me plan my first trip to India within my Budget. His choice of hotels were excellent. Mr Manav Bali was at our beck and call once we were in India. He checked on us at each hotel we arrived at and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our accommodation, through out the trip. The driver made her day when they went Shirdi Babas Mandir, he went and spoke to the main people and Sungeetha was treated with the upmost respect and dignity and did not have to follow the long queues for performing her prayers. Keep up the good work and I promise to promote your company to any person visiting india. Esther to you, thanks for putting the tour together and taking care off every fine details as to picking up from the hotels, and choosing the best hotels, well done you exceeded yourself. Good Day to all at the Mystic India. Sorry for late reply, however we were just recovering from our awesome trip. We all absolutely loved the hotels and tours in all the cities that you arranged for us. The only problem was the return trip from Amritsar and the long transit wait in Mumbai en-route to Goa. We left our hotel in Jaipur @ 6am, which means we were up from 5am, and only reached the hotel in Goa at 7.30 in the evening. very tired and a whole day wasted. I think In future, before making the flight bookings, you should let the client know about the long transit waits, this will give us an opportunity to probably change our schedule slightly and perhaps in this instance go to Mumbai first and then Goa, and then return to Mumbai for overnight stay and final departure. However, in the light of all the above, we enjoyed ourselves in India, and I will definately Deal with The mystic India team again, and I will also recommend you to all my family, friends and collegues. Pse pass a very special thanks to Kuldeep ( our driver from Delhi to Agra, Jaipur and also Jesse his assistant) they were fantastic. once again well done Will be in touch shortly

It was a very good experience. They helped us very much and they did that our trip to India was wonderful. Our travel agent contacted with us all the time and help us a lot.

Generally well organised. I selected the hotels and Mystic India confirmed same. I specifically requested a booking in the old wing of the Taj Mahal Palace hotel in Mumbai but was initially booked into the Tower Block. My daughter checked directly with the hotel and there were vacancies, contrary to the agent. I was not happy with the standard rooms allocated in Madurai, Kochi and Pondicherry. The use of driver/guide worked in some cities but sadly not all were able to communicate reasonably well in English. The company needs to look into this.

Hello Thank you for your enquiry. Travelled with The Mystic India in June 2013. They were wonderful during the initial preparations for travel. However, the pace slacked after payment was made. Travel vouchers were not confirmed soon enough after payment resulting in late bookings causing us to get not so good hotel rooms. When not happy with accommodation , Little was done to effect change. In attempting to extend our bookings essential details were overlooked. All in all we were quite disappointed with the company and will not use them again. warm regards thara bahadur

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company. My travel adviser was changed, without my acknowledge. I was specific about the type of hotels that I wanted, however, my request was ignored. I asked for 4* hotels but was given 3* hotels. Pics of hotels on the internet is extremely deceiving. I was put on local trains which was the worst experience of my life. I had to upgrade hotels at my own cost, book flights at my own cost, due to cancellation of trains. My hotels were changed without my knowledge. Upon inquiry i was told that the hotel was booked and alternate accommodation sourced. I was unaware of this. Endless excuses were made for their errors. A 7 seater vehicle was used for 6 travelers and no space for luggage on the vehicle. I had to pay for an additional vehicle to take my luggage. So many promises, no fulfillment. i will NEVER travel with this company again:(

Mystic India was not a great travel experience . We found them to be over priced. We paid for hotels, car with a driver. There was no value for the money that we spent with them. What we consider to be Deluxe accommodation by western standards is certainly not what you get. We requested an English speaking for which there was a guarantee, but was not so. It would be much better I think to do your own travel plans if you have the time to do so. All and all we were very disappointed in the Mystic India experience.....
