An agent with a personal touch! I would like to thank Newmon from Indian Journeys for arranging a great trip for us. From start to finish he assisted and advised us. HE WAS ALSO VERY PATIENT as I made several changes and asked loads and loads of questions.We were travelling with a 3 year old. So wanted a tour that was suitable for him too. Newmon took that into account when planning our tour and when we wanted to take a long train journey he was positive about us managing with a 3 year old unlike other agents insisting we should take an internal flight. Are 8 day tour to Kerela was amazing. Newmon met us at he airport with the driver,Mr Salim. We started in Koch - Marari beach AllEppey, Back waters- Thekkady- Then back to Kochi to get a train to Goa We were happy with the accommodation. We stayed in a mixture of home stay and hotels which we had requested. The homestays were wonderful.The hosts were warm, helpful and friendly .The meals provided were delicious. The activities arranged by Newmon all went well, we had some of the best seats on the Periyar Boat Safari. We loved are trip on the backwaters. House boat was modern, clean and well kept. Riding and washing the elephants was fun too. Newmon rang a number of times throughout the tour to check everything was Ok I have to mention Mr Salim, our driver, who was a safe pair of hands. Which was very reassuring as there was so much driving to do. He was also patient when my son was sick in his car a few times. He would also recommend shops when I needed things and places to see. Whilst in Goa, Newmon arranged for some of our luggage to be left in Kochi. This was a great help and made are train journey easier. When we returned from Goa, Newmon took us for lunch on our last day. It was nice to seat down and have a chat with him, hearing about How Indian Journeys was born and his commitment and love for his customers, the travel industry and to provide great customer service at all times. I felt confident travelling with Newmon just a phone call away. I'm so glad I chose Indian Journeys they went beyond the call of duty so many times during our tour. Looking forward to using them again in the future.

Arriving back in Delhi after our wonderful, busy 11 day Rajasthan trip we wanted to see a completely different part of India and needed to relax. We contacted New Mon at The Indian Journeys. Within a couple of days he suggested this itinerary & booked our stays at Fort Kochi, Kumarakom, back water houseboat and now we are at Marari Pearl Resort - which is the ultimate in accommodation and relaxation. We had a little doubt before we went to India, because we booked everything via internet. But when we arrived at the airport and saw the travel agent, we were very happy. The trip was very well organised. We enjoyed visiting all cities, from Mandawa, over Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Jaipur, Pushkar, Agra till Delhi. We loved visiting all palaces, forts and of course, the top of the bill, the Taj Mahal, a building that everyone must have seen at least once in his life! We stayed in incredible hotels, really palaces!! Some of those new, others old! But we enjoyed all of them! Also the guides were very good. Luckely that we took them, because with all those words in Hindi, all those streets were you can get lost, I understand now why it is so important to have them. They all gave good information about the city, but also background information about life in India, their habits, politics, nature, ... And , last but not least, we loved our driver. He brought us everywhere, during the 1800km, that we have driven. Unfortunately, roads are so bad in India, that it sometimes took a long time to get somewhere. Once again, thanks o lot!

Hi, The service worked fine. But I didnt like the fact that we had to wait on the way to the aiport with the driver, someone from the company to pickup the payment. At our arrival we had agreed that they would meet us in our hotel in the last night to receive the payment.
