hello madam, the trip was fabulous, darjeeling - gangtok tour on 9/5/19 to 13/5/19, it was a wonderfull experience, hotel, cab, driver everything was waooo. thankyou

the worst service. lot of issues are coming from 1st day of trip till trip ends,our maximum time has spent on resolving the issues & coordinating with them. 1. for 2 couples they had booked room in 2 different hotels. 2. it was clearly informed them while booking that we require ac room bt they had booked non ac room. 3. the trip was of 2n n 3d then on 2 day traveler told to check out from hotel & carry our luggage till evening then done booking in another hotel

i arrived one day early for a business trip in mysore and decided to do this day trip to get the most of the visit. i knew that i'd be either inside an office building or out to dinner with colleagues for most of my visit. thanks you supreme travelers.

we travelled with supreme travelers in november 2018 and booked best of kerala package. the trip was planned with meticulous planning and they tried to incorporate all the customisations we had asked for including a double deck houseboat and a room with glass windows and jacuzzi in munnar that too at a rate less than our budget for the honeymoon. thank you supreme team

kerala is a smallest state in south india. but in kerala lot of tourism places! kerala is famous for coconuts & banana chips. thiruvananthapuram is the capital of kerala. in there kovalam beach is the best beach in india. accomodation availible near the beach. pathmanaba swamy temple shows our ancient culture. moonar is the best picnic place. when i visited moonar & i wondered. secondly thekkady is the important picnic place. when i went there i made boat riding. thanks to supreme travelers.

this is supreet from bangalore .we went for munnar -allepey combination for 4 days and had a splendid experience hotel was a 3 star hotel as i prefered not to go for a luxurious hotel, rather focused on places to visit . but was clean and well maintained. hotel had a good restaurant with decent food choices prepared. rates for night food was reasonable.

i traveled with supreme travelers to bali with my wife and three children. after hours of research i ended up staying in ubud at the mandapa ritz carlton reserve. this property was the best property we have ever stayed at. every associate we came across was extremely friendly, authentic, knowledgeable and detail oriented. the scenery was like heaven on earth. the food was excellent and the property was located within 5 minutes shuttle ride from downtown ubud. our butler ashish was excellent.

Hats off to supreme travelers team for organizing such beautiful trip for us. Was bit cautious before the start of the journey since this was my 1st trip via any travel agency but they have crossed all my expectations.

We went to goa for 2nights and 3 days. Now my review, Starting from the start, cab was neat and clean and in good condition, driver was waiting for our arrival at airport. Accommodation was as promised but food was not that good. I got my all bookings within 48 hours of payment as committed by them. Itinerary was followed as discussed. I would surely recommend supreme travelers to all my friends and family in future.

My experience with Supreme travelers was very nice. Will rate 10 on 10 for their great efforts to make such a beautiful trip for us. The executive who was assigned to us was in touch throughout our trip . Accommodation was provided in very good hotels. Cab driver was well behaved, corporative and had very good knowledge of all the site which are to be cover as per the planned itinerary. Will recommend Supreme travelers to every1.

We had plan to visit Ooty and for this we selected M/s Supreme travels as our travel agent.
Ooty is good place in south India to visit as hill station, lot of good thing to seen, food and many more....
Our travel agent also provided all facilities as committed and all services were satisfactory.
If we will have plan to visit any place next, there is no doubt we select supreme travel only.
Mr. Rohan the window person for us from supreme travel is very helpful and committed personal. I will give rating 5/5 to supreme travel team for their facilities and customer handling practices.

overall experience was nice. hotel booked by supreme traveller was nice but not what they have suggested. local car procided for transfer was upto the mark and driver was also good in nature. but need to tell one thing that prior to journey i need to regularly follow up with travellers for providing booking details. i got booking details on date of my travel from ahmedabad. also no clarification was given by traveller for payment to other agencies.

Hotel very bad and driver and taxi overall very good, but hotel provided its very bad , I never seen such a type of hotel in my life.

initially it was said that they will take care every thing. but they didnt provide any details clearly.i planned for only araku for 3 days, they said initially it will be done. but at the end they said.hotels not available they have given accommodation in vizag for 3 days.they didn't even given places where they will take.we have to coordinate with cab people and enquire the places and we had to plan.sales people and accounts people are wrost not much supportive.

we received a package offer from your designated travel house at noida. they have booked hotels floret hotel pelling whereas our destination was lachen somehow they changed the hotel at the last leg. you might be aware there is normally no network coverage at lachung and lachen. so we could not contact any hotels or any one, instead the driver arranged for a hotel which was not at all advisable. in view of the circumstances you are requested to resolve the issue at the earliest. please instruct

this was the worst experience ever while travelling. this agent is a fraud, she asked to oay 11000 in advance for the hotels and 4500 to the driver. but when i actually visited mahabaleswar, i found out that the price for hotels for2 days would be 5000 at its max and i had paid 11000 for the same. when i called the agent she instead of assisting me or comprehending the situation, she shouted at me and disconnected the call.this how you treat yourcustomers,well playedsupreme travels is fraud

all tour are disaster

supreme travels is all fraud. they don't know how to treat customer. we didn't get the hotel we wanted. they looted us in everything. they had promised us for a complimentary breakfast but then we didn't get it. we had to ask them continuously on the update of our booking and the trip was being booked 2 days before the trip though money was being paid 1.5 months ago. we had to make adjustments in each and everything.they had told to give us winger but didn't give. i would never recommend them.

supreme travelers are the worst ones. their language, way of talking is worst. they cheat the customer and spoil holidays. actually this team is worth no stars. i would not recommend supreme travelers to my enemies also.

i opted for a 3 star hotel but they gave me a poor oyo hostel room type hotel which even did not had bathroom sleepers and room was stinking. supreme travelers sales person did not respond to my calls and booking person talked very pathetically. my time and money both ruined just because of supreme travelers. i would not recommend that agent to anyone. they are a failure company.

actually we had asked for mysore ooty package, but it was mysore coorg package which i realised later on. hotel provided at coorg was not nice. the area was bad and away from other tourist spots. hotel was also not nice. will never take up this travels in future.

it was a horrible experience having booking through this travels. your representative named dolly chauhan had done the things messed up. the cab was delayed, driver was not attending the call. trip was scheduled at 08am but till 10 o clock, i did not get the cab. representative did not give the satisfactory reply, according to her everything was because of my mistake. at last the cab which came for trip, driver misbehaved with my parents. i had worst experience with this travels.

the driver was very good and experienced...however priyanka and ashish were pain in the necks..they dont care to follow up once u have paid the booking amount..its better you book hotels by yourself online and save this wasteful commission paid to supreme travels..also picnic house in lavasa was hopeless.be careful while dealing with supremes..cuz only d name is supreme...rest is just d opposite..be safe

they are highly unprofessional and failed in the hospitality industry. just to increase there profit they will give you 1 star hotel as checked on the traveling websites plus the hotel will be far away from main city. once you will make the payment they will disappear and would not mind blaming and shouting at you. for them they are always right. they don’t treat their client well. please book at your own risk.

Hi... Seeing Google review I opted this travels for Mahabaleshwar trip. Very unhappy with the way they treat customer. 1. They say we will book 3 star or similar hotel, but they booked a OYO hotel which was no way nearear or similar to 3 star hotel. And this was 40 kgs away from Mahabaleshwar. Again creating. The sight seeing car they have provided was ok. But the drivers behaviour was very bad. He was shouting on us and at one place he left us and after return no car... Struggled..

Not good, Supreme travels arranged Magnum Resort Hotel, candolim beach area for 3 days.This not a3 star hotel even not equal to 1 star.No mineral water,no service and swimming pool is under maintenance.we all feel very bad with this hotel.

Supreme travelers awwwff,disappointed with the services they provided to us,I was on honeymoon trip,I told them I need 3star property and then they told me the package for 5 nights in 3star property will cost you around 15k and plus they promised me to give honeymoon inclusion in that which includes fully decorated room with roses,a cake and 2glasses of drinks plus they promised me that theyll also give a cruise party trip..but nothing was upto there promise,1st hotel they provided me was ok,but other 2 hotels was very bullshit,one hotel was in jungle grand goa exotica,I would prefer traveller not to go there,youl not get your phn signals over there,nor u can make call anywhere totaly no signals and the third hotel they provided me was very small rooms only the bed space was there,you could not even walk in that room .

And nor they provided any decorated rooms nor any cake, the things they provided me is totaly discomfort,I could not even go out of that room in the hope that anytime supreme travelrs can call for giving the information about my trips,every time I called I was given the answers that we are sending u the plans in 5 mints,and didnt get anything othere then that rooms which you calculate the amount its 10k package.. so please dont go for it otherwise youll be frustrated throughout your entire trip.. the excuse they have now is that you have not paid the amount on time?? And from my end the thing is that I have paid the whole amount,biggest mistake..
