They have not given any Tax Invoice but have charged 3.09% as tax, even after repeated request the bill has not been given. They do not know customer service. The car driver was not informed correctly about the days of stay at Manali.

The worst tour agent seen so far by us. Betrayed us on every grounds. Every person working in the tour company was loud and not helping when we reached manali. No Etiquetes at all of how to deal with customers, rude and harsh when we reached manali. The car broke down one day and the agent was asked to replace the car but he was not supportive at all as it was his duty to make us avail another car at the time of breakdown thus we could not see the sights that were planned on that day. I would say not to book your holidays with this tour company.
