Me and My wife stayed on 3rd- 06th Sep'14 at walisons hotels other Property name 'Walisons Resort @ Nishat! Welcome was good and we were welcomed by 'Kahwa' the kashmiri beverage! Food quality was awesome and the quantity, you will get tired eating but the food will not finish! In their MAP (room with breakfast and Dinner) menu, they have dishes more than the capacity of a person! I am happy with the services provided by the Rana View Trip for our Kashmir visit. They delivered what we discussed & agreed for our vacation.

Booking online package is more of like beating around the bush, as we are not sure whether we will be given the proper services as committed by agent we are dealing with, I am not blaming agent but the system between agent and the local dealer of the destination we are visiting is some what not trust worthy as at least what, I have experienced in my J & K Trip. The local man who was handling our tour was not upto the mark even though he had shown some concern during our visit when it was raining heavily but was unattentive as to guide us in our touring package to visit the proper places as per itinerary given by Ranaview Travel thru mail, only the driver of the car was very co operative through out our trip to J & K & also very helpful even though his own house was at risk due to floods but the car provided was not satisfactory as committed, We even had to pay cash for extra bed at one of the hotel in Gulmarg due to the negligence of local agent and was refunded to us later on by him after some confrontation. The overall view is that please make a strong chain work of agents wherever they are handling tourist from to avoid discomfort to tourists as they pay before hand for their package charges and assure tourists in the best possible way so that they are in peace of mind through out their touring.

It was BAD. some Hotels rooms were not booked in spite making payments on their terms...cannot be trusted entirely

Ranaview trip cheated with us. They booked advance but there was NO CONFIRMATION. They even didn't refund the amount that they took in advance. I have registered a FIR with Shahdara Police Station and action will be taken soon. Their agent in Kashmir who says that he refunded all money back to them but it's they who have not given back to me.
