Overall very good except hospitality at Agra hotel.

I booked my holiday package for manali.. I got very cheapest package than other for the package and all the services was very good and very comfortable..Whole trip was awesome.. Green Holiday Maker Pvt Ltd Made my travel very sweet memory of my life.

From the first call we received from the sales team to the last goodbye everything was just perfect. We are very glad that we chose this company for our Ranikhet trip. I thought there would be hidden costs ore tea last minute charges but were pleasantly surprised as all the hotels they chose were really good and great value for money. The guides were very knowledgable and gave us real insights into the monuments we visited but the best were the drivers, they became our best friends in Ranikhet. I would highly recommend this company.

I traveled with my partner and arranged this tour myself directly with Green Holiday Maker. They were efficient and helpful. They rang or spoke to us every day in case of problems but the entire tour was faultless. We traveled to Manali, and had an amazing time. All e mails were answered quickly and efficiently and itinerary arranged as to our specifications.

I had chosen greentravel maker pvt ltd.i had done hotels booking personally.i approached them for trasport.they provided me at most cheaper rates from jim corbet.kausani.nainital.bhimtal.

Pros: Overall Experience was Good. The Hotels arranged were of good standard and a dedicated vehicle was always at our disposal. Cons: The Safari at Jim Corbett was not properly co-ordinated. There are 6 entry gates for Jim Corbet safari and ours were not arranged from the main entry gate. Otherwise payment, accommodation, conveyance were properly taken care. Overall experience was good. Special thanks to Mr. Nishant who co-ordinated the entire trip

I have choose Hotel Sun n Snow from options given by Green Holiday Maker Pvt. Ltd in Mussoorie, where in it was promised that I will be provided Family room with privacy for couple but actually I got family room with no privacy, also I found that Hotel was not of that standard which I thought of. although staff was very much courteous and Hotel owner also good in nature. My overall experience was neither good or very much bad.

I finished my journey on 5/11/14, but still waiting for bills of entire journey. I requested for bills from my first communication to M/S Green holidays they never told me about paying service tax requirement for getting bills. But now when I following up with then for bill they are asking me to pay taxes. This is not fair if this was the condition then they could have informed me at the time of billing itself. Request you to look into matter & resolve this issue on top most priority.

I have recently visited to Manali with the package provided by Green Holiday Maker Pvt. Ltd. Find here my detail Feedback - 1. Pre Sales Experience Sales Person - Nishant Good experience, He was available all the time before and while the tour. I bought this package only because of him. 2. Taxi & Driver Taxi - Innova Driver - Ashok Sharma I have not words to explain how bad both are, Taxi required lot of maintenance and driver was impolite. Nishant had words with him while the trip and he knows about the behaviour. 3. Hotel Name - Khusboo Resort The behaviour of staff was not as per expectation for driver. No proper place was provided for him to sleep. Even breakfast etc were served with arrogance that's the reason driver was quite hurt with the kind of behaviour met to him. Second thing that disappointed us was the non adjusting behaviour of the manager. We had done advanced booking for the hotel but got late by a day due to some landslide. We informed the manger in advance that we will reach the next day only. But at time of checkout we were charged the full amount i.e. Although we stayed for 2 nights. 1 day. We were charged the full fare of 3 nights stay. On a positive side the hotel had cosy rooms with a good view.

Hotel quality was very pathetic, very dirty, not worthy at this cost. Tempo traveller condition also bad , Poor AC . Good thing only hotel staff and tempo traveller driver's behaviour.

Travel bus was too old and not good condition. Too much miscommunication between green holidays and service provider.

It was a bad experience with green holidays. They have booked a hotel where is no water available and taxi driver was also not good. Overall experience was poor

I am writting to complain about a holiday which i booked in your travel agency green Holiday Maker p Ltd. I traveled to Mussorie on 19th June and returned on 22nd June. I thought it would be a dream holiday. however, it have been my worst trip ever. I have so many problems with this journey. Firstly, the hotel Ashirwad canclled our booking bacause Mr. Tarun has not paid advance money to hotel. hotel manager regular approch to Mr. Tarun. Secondly, According to your term and condition I have deposit 30% advance and balance amount will paid on arrival. But Your agent deposit only Rs.3000/- as token money in Hotel account. Thirdly when we reached Hotel your agent refuse to talk with us and he switch-off his phone. I was very disappointed.

Thank you for referring me for tour package. we have made package from green holiday makers by your reference. But we didn't got what we have expected from package. They have quoted us vehicle of good condition AC travera with carrier on top and we had told him strictly to provide us vehicle with carrier and good condition but i feel that to increase their profit, they have booked private passing vehicle without carrier and due to it we had lost our valuable 5 hours in the Delhi morning very first day and we reached nainital @7.30 pm. We all were so much tired in the journey because we didn't have comfortable journey. Vehicle booked had already completed 165000 km. Hotels are booked away from the main city area. Some where if hotels are good but food is of lower quality and so. In short we have learn a lesson that don't go for package if possible and if it is required then take it form local people only.

its was very bad, thet did not fullfill their commitment, we are overcharged

the below mentioned tour was nothing short of total mess and due to which we had to suffer and were humiliated before the other group members due to the reasons mentioned as under. 1) We were booked for 3 Rooms on triple sharing basis for 7 adults and 4 children, but to our surprise on the very first night we had only two rooms booked at Hotel Vikrant and had no reservation for the third room and there was no mention of 4 Children so we had to pay Rs 2200/- extra as room cost for hiring another room and meal cost for the Kids. 2) At Hotel Sumit in kausani we had again the same problem as there were only two rooms booked and all of us had to adjust in two rooms as there was no room available. 3) Our Tempo Traveler broke down in middle of nowhere enroute Ramnagar to Moradabad and we had to travel to Moradabad by roadways bus with all our Kids and when we informed the same to you you promised the replacement by the morning in Moradabad and even gave us a Mobile Number of the Driver by SMS.. We had to rent a Hotel in Moradabad for overnight stay for which we had to pay Rs 4000/- and expected the vehicle by the early morning to take us to Delhi.and next day when we tried that number It was Switched off and finally we were informed that there was no other vehicle coming, hence had to wait till the Tempo got repaired by 4 pm and finally left from the Hell Managed tour. (I am sure you are aware of all this situation, and the only reason I am mentioning this over here is for the record and to make you realize that you should have atleast called and apologised for courtesy sake.)( this is for green tours and travels ) I Strongly feel that I deserve a compensation for all the problems and the pain I had to undergo during this trip, however I will leave that to your capable judgement and would like to know how and when are you refunding the money which I had to pay extra due to your negligence.

We as a group booked from Nainital to Shimla but we could not go shimla, No Punctuality from this travellers, The vehicle was not in good condition, and the Drivers don't know the route to the place, from morning 8 am to evening 7 PM we were in Nainital, and than we changed the program , No proper response from the persons arranged this It was terrible, They cheated us and got the Money
