hello i booked my kerala trip by paradise holiday cochin, the trip was awesome, the facility provided was good, the driver provided to us was y very cooperative and friendly, the hotels booked was up to the mark with excellent hospitality. the house boat was excellent, clean nise ambiance, very tasty food and cooperative members, overall my trip was excellent. regards nirav rathod

I booked my tour with paradise holidays Cochin as it is better then hello travels ,munnar is very very good place one of the best hill stations of India next to Kashmir

It was good. Could have been better if adequate information was exchanged in finalizing the itinerary. e.g. I would have preferred Karakorum to Kalathil resort which is far away. Then some hotels like SEA LORD at Kochi and Kuppikutty at Kovalam could be avoided.

Trip was perfectly planned through Paradise Holidays. Hotels were great. We had a great trip.

I was initially afraid of the place &travel agent, before I met paradise holiday cochin office. After meeting to office my every doubt was clear and the whole travel became very much enjoyable.

I had booked the tour for my son-in-law and daughter. They thoroughly enjoyed the trip and were quite happy with the arrangements / reception given.

Everything was perfectly planned, there was little here & there. Hotels were nice except the Hotel at Thekkady regarding their service (silver crest). I placed a request to decorate the room at Munnar, but as I checked in arrangements were not done. Rest everything went good, it was awesome experience.

Travel agent wasn't all that warm and friendly as I expected but hotels and stay there was pleasant . Meal at hotels was excellent and staff cooperative. Though , June is not the season for tour to Kerala because of incessant rain still my trip was memorable .

Hi, Kerala Tour Conformation PH 40018 from Paradise Holidays. The trip was Good. I would like to suggest few things. The tour manager/counselor had spoiled our one full day tour program, he intimated me in writing that it will take 5.5hrs to go from Alleppy to Kankakumari whereas it took 9.5hrs to cover the distance that to without any break in the travel we started at 9am in the morning and reached around 6.30pm in the evening because of it me and my family was fully tired and missed our sun set view in Kanayakumari, not only that we had just arrived there to sleep in the hotel and in the morning we returned back. So I kindly request Mr Ratheesh to please check the travel time so that we (tourist) need not waste our time in travel. Driver was not fully aware of Trivandrum local sight seeing, My daughter requested to take her to Planitorium but he cannot able to trace where is it in Trivandrum. Else Boat House was good, Kovallam Papukutty resort was okay. Overall except Kanayakumari we enjoyed our tour.

Overall experience was good. Booking in House boat was a little messed up.

They have made our arrangement in Monte cristo hotel in Munnar where they allotted Valley view room and charged heavily. once we reported they allotted us room where there is no valley view only wall view. I called Paradise holidays director and reported their reservation booking team about this inconvenience and she asked me to shift in other room. Others room condition was not good and decided to stay in same room and hotel manager promised us to allot the valley view room next day. On next day we shifted to new and found in night times bathroom full with cockroaches and they not made pesticide properly. Somehow we managed that night with anger,next day i called paradise holiday about that are they aware about hotel condition, they said NO we are confirming only by reference and not visiting the hotel for quality and assurance which they guarantee to their customer while booking hotel rooms. Very Bad Paradise holidays. Second bad experience we faced in house boat where they promised deluxe boat, but evening we observed lizards and cockroaches in houseboat bed room and food was not with good quality.

Was not worth money spent....if i had arranged of my own i cd have arranged better than this in this money. Also the committed accommodations were not provided and those provided, were not up to mark.
